Very nice kitchens great prices. But dont be fooled they bump the price up with little extras. Also the fitters will find extra work and charge you separately. Imagine they are the budget flights of kitchens.

This is the second time we have ordered a kitchen from Wren. We had a rough idea of what we wanted and our kitchen designer was very helpful in achieving this. We were kept updated and it was easy to contact them when we wanted to discuss things further. When our kitchen arrived the sink was missing from delivery. This however was quickly rectified and delivered within a matter of days. All in all we had a positive experience with Wren and would not hesitate in recommending to others or ordering for ourselves again.

Excellent customer service. We had home design appointments. Mark spend couple of hours with us, designing, explaining, informing of all our options. He designed whole kitchen just the way we wanted. Explained all technical points and offered some good solutions. We felt no pressure to proceed. However, after showroom visit, where we have been greated by other member of staff, who showed us all appliances, sample worktops and explained finance options, we have been convinced. They do best deals and have a lot to choose from. I can not wait to see my new kitchen!

Have to say I went in unconvinced that a national kitchen chain would be interested in a modest new kitchen for a flat. But from the moment I walked in they couldn't have been more helpful. The designer was great, flexible and willing to make changes to reduce cost but improve the design. The range was good (with the exception of worktops which were limited in my price bracket) - No hard sell and friendly service. Delivery was quick within 3 weeks of payment and good communication throughout. Impressed and will use again.

My experience has been fantastic and I have a wonderful kitchen. The designer was so patient and helpful, I changed my design a few times! She was wonderful and gave me the kitchen I wanted at a price I could afford. The delivery team were curious and very informative as to when the kitchen would be delivered and were always on time. The installation team have been helpful and kept in touch with me through the installation. Any items which needed replacing were sent out promptly and with no hassle. I would and have been, recommending Wren kitchens to my friends. Great quality kitchens and service.

The whole Wren experience was a very good one. Cannot fault them at all, from start to finish they were amazing, From the design stage at the Ipswich branch with David Raffell was brilliant, following covid social distancing and other measures the store had in place, we were made to feel totally at ease and safe in the knowledge that they took the situation seriously, The delivery guys were excellent and put everything where I needed it and were courteous and respectful of my property, Again taking the covid situation on board, can’t be easy carrying in a whole kitchen wearing masks! Had a few damaged items which is understandable, But this was quickly rectified through the Wren App, which I must say is a breeze to use! Just select the replacement items and they are with you within days Not weeks! No need for lengthy emails or phone calls the Wren App just makes everything so painless and easy, The only gripe I had with Wren was the installation cost! I felt like it was way overpriced, so decided to install it myself, which on reflection was easy enough even for your average DIYer, I just had a carpenter for a couple of days to fit the worktops and finishing bits, All I can say really is Thankyou Wren for our lovely new kitchen,

Excellent service, our 3 rd advisor, as we had a number of changes as this was being installed in an extension, completely understood our needs, and made a few changes that actually saved us some more money. Only two small damages, which have been agreed and replaced.service good from branch through to delivery. Product has lived up to our expectations including the appliances. Added bonus is that units come assembled only needing door hinges adjusting. Very pleased all round with Wren Kitchens, I know they had problems in the past but we have not encountered anything at all.

We are delighted with our purchase of a wren kitchen. We found the planning stage to be professional, comprehensive and attentive. Any uncertainties were quickly dealt with and the purchase process and delivery went as planned. We did have one item that was misdelivered but it only took one email and one phone call and the correct item was redelivered within 48 hours. From sitting down in the showroom to create our dream kitchen, the professionalism and friendliness of the staff, quick and safe delivery of the kitchen (which is very well built and looks fantastic) and a mention to the Wren customer care team as well who are so quick to react in case of any hiccups (in my case a few minor issues which were rectified immediately). We want to say a Great Big Thank You for Wren Kitchens, Ipswich. We have had a great experience from start to finish while buying our kitchen. Courtney our designer did a great job, listening to what we wanted then helping us to put it together. The kitchen was delivered on the date that was arranged and the damaged item was replaced quickly. the Kitchen has been fitted for 3 months now and we are still just as pleased with it now as we were when we first got it. Would highly recommend Wrens kitchens. We were planning an extension and got Wren involved with our new kitchen from the start. Although it was some 2 years after the original ordering of the kitchen to actually getting it delivered, due to the extension taking longer to get completed for various reasons, Wren kept all our details. The same designer made sure we were still happy and honoured the price of all the kitchen including the electrical goods, and got it delivered to us within a couple of weeks. Then a couple of issues we had got sorted promptly with no hassle. Have been using the kitchen now for several months and Love It!!

The installation of our new Wren kitchen is now complete, and we are extremely pleased with it. Our experience has been a very positive one. We were impressed with the Ipswich showroom and were spoilt for choice with regards to the selection of kitchens available. Each time we visited, the staff were friendly and made us feel valued. Their measurement and design service was comprehensive and the appointments were not at all rushed. We were given the opportunity to explore several options before settling on our final design. We were invited back to tweek the design before our kitchen went into production, to ensure that we were happy with it. We made our selection from their Infinity Plus range, which allowed us to achieve a bespoke look and ensured that we made the very most of the space available. We were fortunate that our nominated kitchen fitter was able to complete additional home improvements for us (under a separate contract), allowing for a smooth completion. We were very pleased with the high quality of the workmanship. The finished result is 'high end' and stylish snd has attracted many compliments so far. It has certainly exceeded our expectations. We have no hesitation in recommending Wren Kitchens to anyone.

Excellent customer service. Slight hiccup with their new software , which meant more panels etc were ordered than needed, but returns & refund process was quick & easy. Our adviser, Craig, went above & beyond his job, because we wanted 2 clear glass doors & unfortunately, for some reason, the manufacturer would only supply as frosted?! So Craig personally collected the doors from our home, took them to the glazier , then returned them to our home! Excellent quality kitchen. My husband fitted them himself, so I’m unable to comment on fitting service. Highly recommend Wren kitchens! Thank you.

Having received a slightly damaged door we contacted the wren team via phone call and were promptly answered. The assistant was really helpful and within 2 day we received an email explaining that a new door had been ordered and was soon out for delivery.

This was the only place that could actually see me then and there and not asking me to book an appointment in 3 weeks time.
