Contacted Glenn due to him having a five star rating on a google search, the reviews didn't disappoint. Glenn was prompt in contacting us to arrange a visit and a quote which was more than reasonable for the amount of work that needed doing. He gave us a start date and how long it would take. He started on the date arranged, first thing each morning and worked throughout the day, the work he did was exemplary and would recommend him to anyone needing a quality painter and decorator.

I had anaglypta wallpaper removed from my lounge ceiling which isn’t an easy job, but the results were amazing. Glen decorated our new garage conversion kitchen and dining room. He did an amazing job wallpapered one wall including a really tricky window perfectly and painted the rest including the ceiling and it all looks perfect. He covered all the kitchen cupboards and floors so there was no paint anywhere there shouldn’t be. He turned up exactly when he said he would and was really friendly and professional. We were so impressed we’ve booked him to do our hallway and bedroom.

We hired Glenn to paint our youngest son's bedroom and our kitchen. Glenn was able to provide the paint for both rooms, bar the paint for the feature wall in the kitchen which we had already purchased with the intention of painting it ourselves. Glenn prepared the walls in both rooms, filling holes where required and sanding the walls down which allowed for a lovely finish. Each room was left tidy and useable within a few hours. I cannot rate G.Swailes Painter and Decorator highly enough. This company is trustworthy, professional and reasonably priced. We will be hiring again for other rooms in the house. I cannot explain the joy it has brought not to have to spend our weekends and evenings painstakingly painting these rooms ourselves with all the mess it entails. Worth every penny!
