Simon redecorated my bedroom, giving it a complete strip back to the 1928 plasterwork. The woodchip is gone! He filled, tidied and papered to make the walls look as good as they can. Plus a great paint job all round. He's lovely to have around, interesting to talk to and has great ideas for colour schemes. Definitely worth recommending.

Simon decorated the outside of our house and also our neighbours. 2 fully rendered properties so this was no mean feat. He is reliable, friendly and the workmanship was excellent. Even cleans up after himself!! I would highly recommend.

Simon and his team have done a fantastic job of interior painting three rooms in our house. Very high quality of work and easy to recommend. They filled holes and cracks and the final finish is great. Work was done promptly and he was happy to accommodate changes in schedule without issue.

Simon was contracted to refurbish 3 double Georgian 40 year old doors neglected over the years following consultation with various experts two of which suggested they should be replaced at a cost exceeding £4000. Rushtons carefully stripped off 5 layers of paint and after preparing, sanding and 5 new layers they were returned to as good as new. A job well done and all he needs is a couple of good coffees each day

A fantastic job by Rushton & Co - interior decorating, making good, filling cracks and lining a ceiling, emulsion on walls and ceilings with egg shell on woodwork, included very high ceiling. Simon was excellent with his advice and the lads, Adam and Richard did a superb job. Extremely tidy, polite and hardworking. Kept them hydrated with coffee (lots of sugar!) and biscuits. Simon did a fantastic job of renovating a couple of exterior wooden windows on my house. Stripping off untold layers of ageing, peeling paintwork and providing a sound basecoat and beautiful gloss finish I am sure they will be protected from the elements for years to come. I am very happy with the work done on both the windows and the old cast iron soil pipe and I would highly recommend Rushton & Co decorators.

I have been doing a full refurbishment on a barn conversion, and had a very complex paint selection which involved mixing different quantities together to create different shades (up to three shades in each room). I have to say Simon and his team, Sarah and Richard tackled it head on, and have done a spectacular job.The quality of the job gives the barn a luxury and expensive look even though he charged a very reasonable price.
