Mick and his team did a great job for my new build flooring. We chose the Amtico for the entire house included stairs, upstairs, cupboard storage and wet room. The outcome is stunning and exceptional. We didn’t feel hot during the heat wave days and my hairs not longer stuck in the carpet. Finn is very responsive on the quotation and my questions. Without his competitive offer, I may go for the carpet + LVT with the developer but the price even higher than what I paid for. Thanks for your great service and patient. I know I am demanding and not easy to deal with.

The fitters Lewis & Mick were punctual, polite and courteous when entering our new home and have done a great job. I would definitely recommend Koti Homes to anyone purchasing a new build as they took care and respected our home. Couldn't recommend Koti homes enough. They have made moving into our first home much easier than it could have been as we got all our flooring, curtains and blinds fitted by them and saved a fortune compared with what our housing developer were charging. From start to finish Finn has been very helpful and responsive, and sent us a variety of samples for free to make our product choices. Very happy customers, thank you!

Highly recommend! I approached Koti Homes after finding them on instagram. Buying a house is a very stressful time but Finn made organising flooring stress free. He was very responsive and flexible when our moving in date kept changing. We were able to find our perfect carpet for a great price and it was fitted the day after getting the keys. Perfect! I wouldn’t hesistate to use Koti Homes again in the future.

Koti homes did an amazing job at fitting the flooring throughout our new house. Not only was the quality very high, the whole process was easy and Koti were very responsive. Our house was completed a week earlier than anticipated and Koti managed to re-arrange their schedule to help get our flooring down earlier despite it being the week before Christmas. I can’t rate Koti homes highly enough, extremely happy with our flooring. We had LVT and carpet fitted, both perfectly and to a high standard.
