We are absolutely thrilled with our Wren kitchen and only have positive things to say. We first went into the Lincoln Wren showroom in June 2021, where I must admit as 60-year-old women, I was like a kid in a sweetshop. The kitchens were fabulous, and I was thinking just with my heart at how lovely they were. When Andrew the salesperson sat down with us, together we designed our new kitchen using the wonderful three D computer (the first draft- he assured us there would be more, although at the time, we were confident the design he did was exactly what we wanted). The design incorporated two walls coming down and another going up, so we knew this was not going to be an easy job. We decided to go with our own fitters for the simple reason they were going to do all the building work too, so it made sense. We had booked the builders to come in March 22, which gave us a bit of time to add to our savings as we did not want to take our finance. As time went on, I dreamed of more units to add to our kitchen, and hence we went back for another consultation and added more. Again, I was thinking with my heart and wanted more of this and more of that. As time went on, I sat down with my provisional pack and my head started to take over and I began to look at exactly how much this was going to cost us. By this time Andrew had left and Jon had taken over. We arranged a consultation with Jon, whereby together we were able to change some of the units and appliances for cheaper (albeit just as good) ones. We kept the Neff ‘hide and slide’ ovens, but changed the hob and extractor fan to CDA, and the integral washing machine, dishwasher and fridge to cheaper models (I had researched these makes, and was happy that they were just as good as the top of the range appliances we had originally gone for). We also changed side panels that were going up against walls, to fixer posts, thereby saving money and we sourced our own handles and wet bar sink. We managed to reduce the cost of the kitchen quite substantially by allowing our heads to rule and not our hearts. Come March 2022, the builders started on the preparation work. Our new kitchen arrived as planned on 4th April. The delivery team unloaded it for us, and on first sight we could not see any damages. As we unpacked, there were a few doors that we damaged and a couple of items missing. I went straight onto the Wren app and arranged for new items to be delivered. There was absolutely no problems or cost to us by Wren and the items were delivered in a matter of days. Between Andrew, Jon and our wonderful team of builders, we have the most amazing kitchen. We are absolutely thrilled with it.

Very pleased with overall experience.The guy at the showroom in Lincoln was very knowledgeable and helpful.Gave us lots of helpful tips.We had a private team to install the kitchen units.Furniture is well made and good quality.They sent a faulty shelf,but one was extra so all good.Had the best prices for the appliances we chose so that was a bonus. Will definitely buy from them again.

From start to finish it was stress free, staff were helpful, delivery on time. The customer helpline was very good, I noticed a slight mark on a cabinet door and a mark on the enameled sink, phoned them replacements were sent out straight away. Now the kitchen is installed I am very pleased with the quality,price and service.

Wren fitted a new kitchen for me in March this year. The fitters were excellent and Wren worked quickly to iron out the small issues we experienced. The new kitchen is everything I wanted and I am delighted with the quality of the kitchen and the service we received. I would recommend Wren to anybody wanting a new kitchen.

Happy We used the Lincoln branch and John was a friendly and down to earth (not pushy salesman, only issue with him was the selling of a sink, will speak later about that) We placed the order end of 2021 signed up in Feb 2022, delivery April and we used our own fitters all completed May 2022. I had issues with damaged doors on arrival but they were soon received after ordering on the app and over the phone I had 3 or 4 different orders. I had a broken sink and also wrong colour, this again was replaced and received in 3 days (Wren wanted me to pay the difference but I refused and it went higher in customer service and I got the correct one FOC and so I should as I was sold a sink that was 11yrs old and no longer available, sold by John in Lincoln, he no longer works for Wren). I hope the kitchen looks as good in 10 plus years as it does now, I have heard a lot about delaminating. All in all we are very happy with the transformation

Great choice, great product, faultless service, best design software. While in the end I didn’t select Wren as my chosen kitchen supplier, I had nothing but a first class class service in all my dealings with them. The quality and choice offered in the showroom layouts are beyond comparison. The staff at my local Lincoln branch were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to meet my needs. Nothing was too much for them. The initial designs produced by Natalie were so much better than anything else I was given, with representations of my kitchen looking like real photographs, rather than computer images. Jessica followed these up with a thoughtful and considerate approach to help me get to where I wanted within my budget. All overseen by Claire, who was the epitome of professionalism. I never once felt pressured, as it was clear that the staff all had my best interests at heart. I would not hesitate to recommend that you seek them out, as I am confident that you would not be disappointed. Oh and don’t forget the highly competitive prices, high quality and UK manufacture. Great kitchen buying experience, I really don't think it could have been improved on. The Designer (Peter) was incredibly patient with me and helped me to get what I wanted at a price I could afford. Not remotely pushy and took care to listen and understand my kitchen needs. Free biscuits and drinks were a great touch too!

Not a good experience , had to pay for materials for wren kitchen fitter to finish job which Wren wouldn't provide for.poor kitchen planning which I had to remove radiator ,a.smaller radiator to accommodate the unit which was an extra cost, if I was asked if I'd have Wren to fit my kitchen, I'd say no

Couple of wks ago we noticed that one of the units doors was slamming too, obviously the soft close hinge had stopped working. Our experience started back in May 2021, we went in to our local store of Wrens in Lincoln, had a look around for ideas etc, we were then approached to ask if we wanted to book a design and measure service for that week, all went well, we then went back to meet our allocated designer Ben and to discuss what we were after and to hear what he could add to save us space…once we were happy and the deposit was paid, we had a delivery and installation date with in a few days….we delayed the fitting due to our designer wanting us to use a specific fitter for a month… Once our order was delivered on a Friday our fitter was due to start on the following Monday and by the Friday it was all fitted and correct..slight delay on the cooker hood but that has now arrived and awaiting the fitter to fit it..we had no issues at all from start to finish and would happily recommend Wrens especially the Lincoln Branch..

Have just bought a kitchen from wren in Lincoln. Can't recommend them enough. No pushy sell .your never approached when you just want to look at there amazing show room. We had our kitchen resigned by John home he designed my kitchen just how I saw it in my head but after I got home and thought about it I changed my mind . I was worried to phone and say but we did and he reassured us we can change as much and as many time as we like up in till the final stage which was such a relief. We changed it again and it was still just as beautiful as the one I had designed before he even helped us get the price down as our budget had changed. I can't wait for my new kitchen and I no it's going to be stunning. The only down side is I won't be going to wren now and I loved the friendly atmosphere in there between the staff and will miss hearing about johns own kitchen and house renovations. I wouldn't hesitate to go to wren again but no my kitchen will last a long long time . Have and will recommend keep up the good work and thank you for my dream kitchen. Editing my review as just had my kitchen fitted. I'm over the moon with it. delivery service was great pleasant helpful delivery man. The kitchen is even better than I had hoped. Showroom experience absolutely brilliant. Very professional and competent designer. Even when communication went a bit quiet in the week (our designer was off until the following Sunday), a showroom senior staff member (could even have been the manager) dealt with my phone call in a completely professional way and was able to answer all of my questions. Everything excellent until delivery. Driver tried to persuade me twice (once during the ore-delivery phone call and again on arrival) to let them leave the units in the garage rather than carrying them around to the dining room. Upon arrival, driver informed me that I would "have to wait" as he was having a "fresh air break." Cigarette butt discarded in road. I had booked the day off work to accommodate the delivery and felt that the attitude was due to me wearing scruffy clothes rather than my suit. When I began to direct the delivery team to where I wanted the units, and check off items, their behaviour changed and they became very professional. It was just a shame I felt forced to direct the delivery after such a thorough and professional service up to that point. I like a laugh and a joke but this was thousands of pounds worth of investment. I installed the kitchen myself, packaging and instructions were absolutely superb. Kitchen build quality outstanding, would 100% use Wren again.

Having had Wren kitchen now for 8 months I am still very impressed with the quality and sturdiness of the units. They are so easy to keep clean and the solid structure proves to be very durable. I had a completely different worktop to previous ones, and I am thrilled with the wood grain effect and how it has greatly enhanced my kitchen. Should I at any point move home I would even be tempted to take these with me!! But of course i would buy new because I love it so much. I wouldn't go anywhere else. The showroom staff were excellent and very creative. They fully understood the look I wanted. Can't praise them highly enough.

From our first visit to the Lincoln showroom my customer experience was first class. The designers were professional, courteous, full of helpful tips and ideas and extremely patient with my ever changing decisions. We chose to use our own fitters who were also very complimentary about Wren having fitted their kitchens in previous jobs. Wren gave us all the information we needed to fit our kitchen perfectly. Delivery was fitted in around our building work which avoided unnecessary stress and all was delivered in fantastic condition (no damages). Honestly can't recommend Adam from the Lincoln branch enough!! We were actually on a video call with a different kitchen company when I booked our kitchen appointment with Wren and I am so grateful that we did! Everyone in the store was very helpful, particularly Laura, my kitchen designer. We had fun designing something different and she was a great help in making the kitchen function well as well as appealing to the style I wanted. The delivery process was fab, great communication from all areas of the business but the delivery team excelled, they gave a time slot, rang me beforehand on the day and delivered within minutes of the suggested time. The kitchen fitter was amazing and honestly worth paying a little more for rather than having to source my own fitter. His attention to detail was great! Very happy with the finished kitchen. Quality is good (if you want outstanding you need to pay a lot more) and the ability to partially bespoke it was a major plus. However be aware of design and install issues. There will be some and it is important your installer fully understands the design first before installing so you can identify issues early on. Customer service is excellent but be faur with them. They were not at fault for every niggle and we had to add on some extra parts ourselves. The majority were free issue.

Visited Wren Kitchens Lincoln today to design our kitchen. We experienced a very warm welcome and were immediately offered a drink and a chance to wonder around the showroom as our designer wasnt quite ready for us. After a few short minutes our designer came and found us and told us she had designed us a kitchen based on what we had said in our telephone consultation and what we had told the nice gentleman who had come round to measure. I felt awful telling her that we had changed our minds on not only the colour but also the style of kitchen. This was no trouble! Our designer was very friendly and laid back and after pulling her round the show room several times to view options and grab samples we came up with a final design. I am in love with it!! There was no pressure to purchase and our designer came up with many options and alternatives to fit our budget. We didnt feel rushed to make a decision and she even went off to make us another drink whilst my partner and I discussed whether we wanted to go ahead or not. All I can say is thank god they have a sale on as it turns out we........ I! Have expensive taste! Never the less I an over the moon to say we are getting a high quality Wren Kitchen which I am able to make any changes to until it gets made. This only takes 28 days for bespoke! Can't wait. We made an appointment just after the stores reopened after Lockdown and the staff were very professional, store was very equipped with hand sanitizer and cleaning stations, limited customers in store and very spaced apart. We felt very safe whilst in there. Our adviser Kelvin was very helpful when helping us to design our kitchen and would definitely recommend as the kitchens are beautiful and very well made.

We have now had the kitchen fitted for 5 months and are still delighted with it.It looks superb and is great to use, the large drawers are brilliant for saucepans and crockery, so much easier than the the small cupboards we had before. Wren staff were all excellent, friendly, patient and professional. we had several quotes but Wren were by far the cheapest and yet their units and systems were better and stronger than all the others we looked at. We have recommended Wren to several friends. Excellent company.

On the whole we are very happy with our Wren kitchen experience, the sales advisor at The Lincoln store was excellent. Everything that is under the control of Wren works very well, any problems being dealt with promptly with no fuss. The only negative is that if you want to go the extra mile with your kitchen and give it a real wow with specialist worktops then be warned that the lead times quoted are a complete nonsense. We were quoted 5-10 days from template to fitting for our quartz worktop our actual lead time when it is finally fitted will be 25 working days so be warned 5 weeks without worktops is a challenge.

Myself an my wife thoroughly enjoyed our experience with Wren. The showroom staff were helpful and there when you needed them but without being pushy. We designed our kitchen in 2 stages, first was a home visit to measure the space and second was a visit to the showroom where we sat and designed our kitchen using the 3D software to see how it all fits together. The kitchen was delivered on a day of my choice and all arrived on time and in excellent condition. The kitchen is now installed and we love it.

The showroom at Lincoln is very well set out with many kitchen displays . On the first visit , the staff were very helpful and not pushy on selling which is important to us . A home visit was then made with lots of ideas for the new kitchen put forward . The price given was very competitive against other kitchen suppliers and the quality of the units very good . Five stars not really enough to give Wren due credit! - So long review to do them justice. Popped into Wren nearly 2 years ago before extension even started. Met John the designer, who advised and without any hard sell at all listened to what we wanted , added his expertise and came up with a design for us. Price fixed (for 2 years nearly!) after a refundable deposit paid. Fast forward over the following months and as the extension progressed we updated our kitchen design, sometimes popping into Lincoln Wren on the off chance of seeing John who if able to, accommodated us and spent quality time adjusting our plans. Eventually, after changing the island worktop twice, the tall cupboards 2 or 3 times and resizing due to changes in the actual building works, we were ready to finalise the plans. Once again John spent quality time with us, going through each and every unit to ensure we understood which way the door opened, how big the drawer was etc etc until we were ready to sign off! John explained that the plans are then sent to a manager to double check he (and we) hadn't missed anything, and 4 weeks later on the due date they kitchen was delivered. Absolutely torrential rain - and I mean biblical stuff. But the two guys (and our joiner) carried all the pieces in, round the house with no complaints at all. All units numbered to match the plan - provided on an A1 sized wall chart for ease of use. A couple of units had damage but after a phone call were swiftly replaced - whole cupboards, just for a tiny marks! We used our own joiner (well, the builders) and he was pleased with the sturdiness and ease of fitting each unit - commenting on little design things that made it either easier or better for fitting. Stated good quality, even the back of cupboards were thick material. 10 days or so later Rotherham worktops came out to measure for the quartz tops and granite island top - and then a week or so later returned to fit - WOW . everything fitted perfectly, finishing off the whole design. I honestly can't rate the whole experience enough - never thought we would own such a high end kitchen at such a reasonable cost. All the drawers are perfect, all the cupboard doors are perfect. The worktops are stunning. I would mention that I have NOT been paid to write this review at all. How some people have ended up with wrong units etc I can't understand as everything is checked so thoroughly?

Products are well built and the design process was simple. A couple of damaged items and a faulty dishwasher, dishwasher not the fault of Wren however the aftercare sorting it out was great, no problems and replacement arranged. Kitchen has been installed for 18mths now and no problems. Great salesman at Lincoln and great fitting. Getting the right installer is key. Installer reported directly to Wren when ours was fitted. Don't know if that's the case now. Would recommend trying Wren, quality seems to be as good as anywhere.

Very pleased with the whole Wren experience. There were a couple of small issues (transit damage to one door and one worktop incorrect length) but these were dealt with extremely swiftly, professionally and without fuss. Bearing in mind the kitchen/utility involved 25+ doors and 5 worktops this really was a minor hiccup, the finished job is basically fantastic and will have no hesitation in using Wren again.
