Superb service from Kingsley. He came to Manchester, we discussed a kitchen to fit my kitchen area, style and price. He had to pause the project as the electrician was going to be delayed. I had a 2 day window to install the kitchen in the flat and on 1 day notice he was able to fit me in for a new installation date. Incredible achievement and service among a sea of other amateur kitchen fitters. The kitchen came on time and John's team were able to fit the new kitchen with Formula 1 style speed and efficiency. There was an issue with the sink which was very Rapidly resolved on the day without losing any time. If I could give Rapid kitchens 10 stars it would still not be enough. Keep up the Incredible work guys!!!

Absolutely made up with Rapid Kitchens, was promised fitting 14th November and the full kitchen from scratch was finished in 1 day, we looked around and had prices from various other firms, and Rapid was so much cheaper, but the quality is second to none, thanks Kingsley and the team. I am happy with the quality of the Howden Shaker units. They are exactly what I was looking for and a lot cheaper than the same from Wren. However, I feel there could have been more discussion between myself and the planner I didnt actually see him at all before the kitchen was fitted other than to measure up.. I gave them the plans I had done from Wren and stated I only wanted one kitchen drawer as per the plans. I now have 3. including a pan drawer which was never discussed. Three cupboard spaces are almost useless as they are in corners and are too deep and inaccessible.. would have liked to be given an alternative design or carousel option to avoid the problem.The extractor fan wasn't centred between the upper cupboards. The cupboard nearer the window butted tight up the wall/window opening, making it impossible to fit the window blind I had bought. A smaller cupboard would have looked nicer and centred the fan. The space left for the fridge is massive. I was told by the fitter that it was my job to caulk round the up stands not his and the back garden was left covered in lots of cardboard boxes and off cuts from the kitchen work tops/cupboards etc. It would have been nice to have received an itemised invoice before the kitchen was fitted, I was only told the final amount on the day of fitting. . Saying that, it was all fitted in a day and left spotlessly clean. Kingsley came out at short notice when my kitchen flooded due to a blocked water outlet that was not spotted before fitting the units. not their fault, but that of the builder.

It's been a week since Kingsley and his team fitted out new kitchen.... THANK You! The fitters arrived promptly at 715 and managed to complete the whole kitchen by 1730 the very same day. The combi boiler we have in the kitchen meant the pipes had to go into the worktop. He did a brilliant job - all new copper pipes and very tidy joinery. He even added a new plug socket to save drilling into the new worktop at no extra cost. I kept the tiles and they managed not to damage a single tile and make it look as if the tiling was done after the kitchen was done. Nothing was too much trouble. THANK YOU!! WREXHAM
