Richard's bricklayer Tomas rebuilt a front garden wall. Both Richard and Tomas were courteous throughout with good communication. The wall was built to a good standard and they returned to clear the rubble. No complaints at all. I can't comment on price as the original damage was caused by a car hitting our wall (ie we weren't at fault so the bill went elsewhere) but would absolutely consider using Richard again. Highly recommend.

Richard recently completed a full refurbishment of our bathroom, including tiling, painting, installing new fittings, installing a new light switch, shaver socket, extraction fan, etc. The work was done to an excellent standard and all parts are working well. He was very communicative and explained what he was doing step by step, which we greatly appreciated. I would recommend his services and will ask him to do further work in the future.

Richard was fantastic - he clearly cares a lot about the projects he takes on. He was very professional, friendly and able to problem solve the unforseen issues quickly and easily. He communicated throughout the whole process from quote to sign off really well. Richard removed our old kitchen, plastered and decorated the walls. He then built and fit 10-15 units (flat pack from Wren) as well as an Oak worktop, sink, washing machine, oven and hood. He then tiled around the kitchen. He was even able to lend a hand, tools and advice as my partner and I were trying to fit a wardrobe next door. This was my partner and I's first renovation project and we are so glad we chose Richard to help us. Few photos of before and after..

Really REALLY happy with our new kitchen. Richard was quick to respond to my inquiry and came to see me to discuss details about what I was looking for. He was professional and offered lots of advice and tips without trying to add £ on to the quote. He quoted for exactly what we wanted. The kitchen units, appliances and flooring were from Howdens. He made several trips to the store on our behalf for items that Howdens had missed off our delivery or needed replacing. The overall finish is excellent, and the metro tiling has been finished to a really high standard (I know this style of tiling is painfully slow) and I was glad to take his advice on using grey grouting. Richard stayed in contact after it was completed and came back a couple of weeks later to check everything was all good and that we were happy. He even did a couple of small cosmetic jobs FOC.

Ryszard was very responsive and thorough in assessing the job and working out the possible ways to deliver it, and the relative costs and risks. He was very clear in explaining and answering questions. He arrived when he said, did a great job replacing a gas hob with an electric induction hob, and made far less mess than he'd warned us in advance he might make! Finished within the time he said, explained and responded to questions afterwards. All in all, a great job with the promise of follow-up should we have any difficulties or problems with the way he has configured the electrics for the new hob.

Richard and his team did a great job of reflooring and repainting our apartment. They were adaptable and dealt with unexpected problems we'll (uneven underfloor). As part of the process, Richard noticed an old underfloor leak and worked to analyse whether the leak was still a problem and if it needed further work or not. The overall service was excellent and the work was high quality with attention to detail.
