What can I say? Net kitchens direct have created and fitted our amazing kitchen. Both Karan and Rubelle have been professional, courteous and so helpful from the moment we contacted them for the first time. Designing the kitchen was amazing and Karan really knows his stuff. He showed patience throughout designing of the kitchen, giving very sound advice. Rubelle took many phone calls from me and made sure I was happy with their responses. The builders they recommended were brilliant and the kitchen fitters were excellent. Even the guys who fitted our worktops were great. I am thrilled with our new kitchen and had no stress as Net kitchens co-ordinated everything. As many know, i don't normally write reviews and only write them when I believe it deserves to be written. So I had my kitchen re-done recently and I used Net Kitchens Direct. After going to various places Net Kitchen Direct (NKD) were the ones I decided to go with. First of all there is no hard sell with them. They are very open and honest with their approach. They will first ask what your budget is and work towards a solution from there. They are extremely flexible in terms of your requirements. Providing 3D visual renders is standard and really gets you prepared for whats to come. The specific individual I dealt with was Maj, although everyone at NKD are great and approachable. Additionally, they will make visits to your property as and when required to ensure that the required utility outlets are in the correct places. They will also provide a spec to provide to your builder so then there are no potential gothchas later on. Once you've decided on the units, its time for the worktops. NKD have a bonafide worktop supplier and they have a solid relationship with them. So much so, rather than just decide on a worktop via a sample, they take you directly to the supplier so you can see the worktop slabs in its full glory for yourself. The choice is is mind boggling but the benefit of doing this is so you can see the worktop as a whole rather than the small sample and can make more of an informed decision and no error of judgement can be made. Next are the appliances, NKD are resellers for the likes of Bosch, Neff, etc. are their rates are extremely competitive, they will beat any online or high street outlet. In terms of the delivery, it was smooth. You get a phone call the day before to confirm it all. Delivery was done by a two man team and they will take the items into the desired room of your choice. As for installation, once again no messing about by the fitters who are a Father and Son team. They just quietly get on with it all. And this is with a house that has 3 kids and a cat to deal with. They didn't make a mess and if they did they cleaned up after themselves and took out all the rubbish for you. At the same time Maj would pay regular visits to ensure all is looking good. This is service. As for the worktops, once again i cannot fault Rambo (haha) and team that did this. There was a slight mistake on one of the worktops but they went away and corrected it ASAP, as in they provided a new worktop slab. Once again this is service. Now during the installation, we decided to make a change to the peninsular. Once again Maj paid a visit, listened, provided a solution and executed it perfectly. In terms of the negatives, there aren't any to be honest. There was a delay on the appliances but this is happening everywhere. Even if you were to go to the main online and high street outlets they won't even give you an ETA, thats how bad things are out there at the moment, all Brexit related no doubt. Once they arrived, the fitters came back to install them. Overall the experience has been great. I got the kitchen that I wanted. NKD are a small but busy outfit but that's what makes them flexible to anticipate/accommodate a change in circumstances. If you want a decent kitchen, whether on budget or premium, Net Kitchen Direct (NKD) is the place to go to, you won't be disappointed.

I used Net Kitchens for a complete service, Design, supply and install my new kitchen. From the onset I found them very helpful in putting together the design and selecting colours, worktops and units. They have a good range to choose from so you can put different things together to see how they work before you commit. The installers were very good, very professional and very experienced. I had a few difficult angles in my kitchen but these guys worked them into the kitchen very well. Overall, very pleased and satisfied with the service I received.

A five star experience. We chose Net Kitchens Direct for the kitchen in our extension. From our first meeting with Maj it was apparent that his knowledge and experience were second to none. He helped us to design a kitchen that is not only functional but also beautiful. From the symmetrical balanced layout to the lighting around the units and the gorgeous expanse of mirrored bronze splash back. As we had builders on site they carried out the installation. However once the design was finalised Maj took over and dealt directly with the builders. Our appliances were also supplied by Maj as the prices were competitive and it saved me scouring the net. (Not high on my list of priorities at 9 months pregnant!) The mark of a great company is how they deal with any problems. Any issues were resolved immediately and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I would highly recommend Net Kitchens Direct.

I have just had my kitchen designed and fitted by Net Kitchens Direct, I was fortunate enough to have been given their details by my daughter's friend, and just in the nick of time, as I was about to make the decision on which of the 4 other suppliers I had already approached, none of which I was 100% sure of but I just needed a kitchen and fast. I was bowled over the first meet I had with Karan who spent a lot of his time explaining why their kitchens were so good (quality and craftsmanship). His knowledge and customer service skills were excellent. The range of kitchens and worktops available meant i didn't have to search else where, and I was on a very tight budget but somehow I had found a company that could supply and fit a kitchen within a budget that beat all the rest, and I was getting a by far more superior quality kitchen than all the other suppliers had to offer. I was getting more for less, literally! I wanted a great kitchen but I also wanted excellent customer service and that's what I got. I always say "its not always about how you start its how you finish" but I can honestly say they have excelled in my expectations of good customer service throughout this whole process. I am so happy I used them and like all the other reviews, (I have read most of them) I would also highly recommend them and would definitely use them again. I only wish they appeared on 'Which' as I am a subscriber and I think Net Kitchens Direct would definitely be a best buy if they where featured on there. From start to finish, I must say that the service I received from Karan at Net Kitchens was excellent. I visited quite a few kitchen providers with a view to receiving advice and having initial plans drawn up. After visiting so many showrooms, I visited Net Kitchens on recommendation and saw Karan who, from the outset, made me feel comfortable and at ease which is something I valued as my knowledge was limited on such a large and quite overwhelming project. As Karan was also a kitchen fitter before he started at Net Kitchens, he was extremely informative and knowledgeable when it came to the building aspects of my project which was a bonus. I must have emailed and phoned Karan a gazillion times (my emails always began with ‘another quick question!) but he was always quick to answer no matter how trivial. The service was seamless when carried through to the fitting of the kitchen by his father and brother. Their attention to detail and precision was 100%, their focus and input I couldn’t fault. If, like me, you need a bit of hand holding, guidance and advice, then I would thoroughly recommend Net Kitchens hands down. If you don’t I would still highly recommend them as they were brilliant!

Alert alert The Net Kitchen direct crew are truly AMAZING!!!! They did our kitchen a few months ago and it's taken me so long to write this review 'cos I can't seem to leave my new beautiful kitchen. Everything was on point from the initial appointment to the fitting of the bin at the very end!! We had NO IDEA what we wanted but Maj provided a selection of ideas which we changed multiple times. His patience, understanding and humour will never be forgotten. We visited the studio without prior warning numerous times and were welcomed each and every time. The team truly and t above and beyond to accommodate changes and work within our budget ( well.... almost... He he !!)) The products including appliances speak for themselves , I would advise you all to get the WHOLE package from this team as they really know their products and that is what makes them stand out from the rest. The fitters OMG Surinder and Co, so exceedingly hardworking with an eye for detail, friendly , tidy and once again very patient! So all in all an amazing experience from beginning to end, the team felt like family and we will miss them, I guarantee you will not be disappointed with a bespoke kitchen from these guys!!!!
