I have to say I was pleasantly surprised having arrived in Finchley to see the array of lights this store has on offer. My wife & I were so very excited about choosing our lights around the house especially the new decorated Living room. The store Manager was great, he spent time with us and explained all that we needed to know about the lights we had chosen and then we decided to complete the deal as we were sold on the products and the service that we recieved. As you can see we’re very happy as the lights were delivered promptly allow us to get the electrician in to hang these beauties. 10/10, so very happy for making the perfect choice.

I went to the store and the Manager was busy but ensured I was taken care of until he was ready. Once I was served I was offered exceptional service and all my questions were answered. The manager ensured I was able to order the products I wanted despite them being difficult to ship due to Covid. I was grateful for the advice, as some of the products I wanted were not suitable for my home and I was able to choose the most suitable options with his advice for the size of the rooms. I had previously ordered cheap copies online from China that broke after a short time: I can see that you pay a little extra for knowledge and service which is invaluable.
