One of the most beautiful shops in a brand new mid 19 century part of Kings Cross. Worth a visit even if you just want to look at the old coal drops.

A pretty magical spot situated in the old Coal Office at Kings Cross.
What was once the infamous Cross nightclub is now an Aladdin's cave of metallic lighting, extraordinary accessories and designer furniture.

Great outlet, the staff was helpful. You can also see the budding artisans making ceramic products from the scratch. It's near Central Saint Martins now. It has all the updates about there new launches and collections. It's a flagship store I believe. Product range includes almost everything necessary to make your lifestyle luxurious to the smallest detail.

Beautiful and style furniture and decorations. I ordered a wonderful table and dining chair set. We were very excited about receiving them. I was able to log into the website to get status of the order the first time. Then, after several days of no status, not even a delivery estimate, I emailed and called them. I kept trying to log into the website but it said that the password was wrong or my account has been disabled. I try to reset the password, but no email to reset it would be received. I actually called them 3 times so far separated between several days. I talked to them and they all said they will call me back. I have never received a call back. I have also never received an email response to any of my queries or concerns, particularly about delivery status, expectation and website issues. I also received another invoice that requests for prepayment in cash... even though I have already paid for the furniture online.
Tom Dixon's customer service is absolutely dismal. Aminata, and manager Emma Hamilton have no care about their customers. They are completely unprofessional and they all speak in a demeaning fashion.
Not once have they verbally apologised for delays, inconveniences or the stress that I, the customer, have experienced. This is one of the worst customer experience I have ever had.
I love the art and designs, but Tom Dixon's customer service needs to be up to par with its reputation and style.
Update 10 April 2018: I spoke with Ollie in the morning and promised to call me back. He called me at 445pm, near close of business. I'm glad he didn't forget about me. He provided me the info I needed to gain confidence that the process is moving forward. We will see if I will receive the phone call from the delivery people in a couple of days...
Update 11 April 2018: Was contacted via email to coordinate delivery date. I'm happy that it is moving forward
Update 13 April 2018: I received an email of apology and promise to fix their customer service to ensure what happens to me doesn't happen again. It feels that they were very authentic with their attempt to fix it. Apparently, they have a new head of customer service, so that's a good move forward. I received my new furniture on time. They were courteous since they gave me a specific ETA when i asked on the day of delivery. They arrived on time. The delivery people delivered the furniture in boxes, assembled them, placed them where we wanted them, cleaned up and departed once confirmed everything was satisfactory. I increased the rating from a one star since Tom Dixon has initiated actions to fix their customer service problem.
Update April 17, 2018. Received a second shipment containing a candle and soap dispenser. This was much smoother than before as I received an immediate notification of it being sent to me. There was also a notification of when it will be expected, date and time. And the products arrived exactly as notified. This must be the way it should be, as expected from such a renown brand. Thank you Tom Dixon.

During lookdown they used it for selling vegetables, bread and dishes from Coal Office. Beautiful space, even more with tomatoes and broccoli on the shelves 🍅🥦. I have become addicted to their bretzel 😬

The food was good, they seem to specialise in bread. The bar area was a bit stressful, though, I'd probably only go back if I could sit at a regular table.
