Louise & Sam sized me up like a personal shopper who picks out your clothes so that you can walk down the street with your head held high. And they really got me! They did a makeover of my entire apartment. Every room, top to toe. The design, the colours, textures, furnishings, ambience, everything has left me with a wonderful home in which I feel lifted, just to be there. It’s difficult I think, to put a price on Interior designer work, but it’s difficult too to put a price on the elation of waking up every morning in a personalised and beautiful setting where you just feel ‘at home’. Thanks, so much to Sam, Louise and the entire team. If recommendation is the highest accolade, then they should win the gold medal. I have since asked them to repeat the exercise on my new French-build. And once again, they excelled. I have no hesitation in recommending their services and wish them the very best in the future. C. P.My wife and I have just completed a large internal remodel of several rooms in the house, using Trindade and Bird as our interior designers. As with any major project, there are always a few challenges along the way, both construction issues that only become apparent once the implementation actually begins, and concerns around aspects of the design where you end up questioning whether the ultimate aesthetic is exactly what you want. However, despite these sort of minor blips along the way, we have ended up with exactly what we wanted and would have no hesitation in recommending Trindade and Bird. I say that both from their professionalism and creativity in the initial design phase (with detailed mood boards supported by CAD visuals), through to their detailed project management throughout the implementation phase. For the latter, it is very important to have designers who also have some level of expertise around the practicalities of the build, and can keep the builders/tradespeople honest and on track. It is also important that there is a constant level of communication, making sure we know exactly how things are progressing, and that when issues do arise (as they always will), that they are resolved in a creative and efficient manner. This is where I think Trindade and Bird set themselves apart from most interior designers – they truly own the project from front-to-back, and are constantly available to deal with any of your concerns/queries, at any time of the day. Ultimately, they want you to be fully satisfied, and will go that extra mile to make sure that happens.
