From the beginning (Roy in Milton Keynes) to the delivery guys and then to the end (brilliant installers) the team at Wren have been awesome. You think changing a kitchen wouldn’t be easy but with Wren it was - professional service at every stage. Excellent designing, great price and good quality kitchen. From start to finish there was always someone to talk to and answered any questions. Absolutely fantastic end product, cant thanks all of them at wren, from showroom, design, delivery and fitting, all were professional and helpful, even through these covid-19 impacted time which the company worked round at time of fitting. Some inevitable hiccups in a big project, but overall very happy. + Good design service. We were grateful to have access to two different designers who had different ideas and advice + Their design software is very good + Our install was a week or so overdue, but we were kept informed and communication was excellent + Good solid products. We had some 'teething issues' but these were quickly rectified + 5 Years Interest-Free Credit - Installers were not as neat and tidy as other tradespeople we've had, i.e. didn't sweep up sawdust in garden - Their supply chain software needs some tweaking. Our install date was originally set for two weeks before the kitchen delivery!
