N. B.Absolutely customer focus, problem solving even when the problem arose from me. Happy with my purchase of course but customer after support second to none.
N. M.Provided colour consultancy service - friendly, listened to my ideas and then evolved them into something more adventurous. Not at all pushy - but also not afraid to tell me when one of my ideas wasn't good!
Ended up using colours we wouldn't have picked otherwise and really happy with the final result.
Offered 10% discount if we ordered paint through them but no hard sale when we told them decorator would be sorting the paint out.
