We were looking for a nice fireplace. After unsuccessfully visiting a lot of shops around Cardiff, we decided to try this shop. We were welcomed and Matt listened to what we wanted. He actively recommended the right fireplace and came to visit our house to make sure it was adapted to our chimney and do all the measurements. After ordering it, the installer came quickly and did a really good job. Everything was clean and well fitted. After a month, we really enjoy having an nice fireplace. Thank you Matt!

The quality of the initial customer service and installation of the log burner was fabulous. However, the communication after this point was really poor and left me really annoyed. It was nearly impossible to contact the team: Which is a shame as the finished product looks good and works well.

After searching online / around the local area we ended up purchasing a Stove from The Fire Design Studio. Matt talked us through our pricing expectations and worked with us when we decided to source some of the materials ourselves for the finish we wanted. The builders who fitted the fire and completed the work while we were working were trustworthy and left our house tidy at the end of the day. Overall the work was completed to a high standard and after working builders who have been very "Ahh we cant do this because XYZ" it was very pleasant to have someone hear our ideas and say "Sure, we could do it like this..."
