We had a lovely kitchen replacement from G. T. Kitchens and Bathrooms. Gwyn and Tracy were very helpful and communicative. We were helped through the design of the new kitchen and Gwyn helped us use every ounce of the space with no dead areas. Custom cupboards were built to accommodate items like the boiler. Nothing was to much trouble and Gwyn was able to incorporate minor changes that we found were necessary throughout. Fuel Gwyn with tea and off he goes. A truly professional service. I couldn't recommend them enough. See pictures included showing before (yellow) and after (blue)

This was 5 * fantastic service from start to finish!! I wanted a new bathroom and GT Kitchen and Bathrooms did not disappoint. I had visited different places, but they always seemed to do something I didn't want! Then I called in the shop in Abercarn on the off chance and I met Tracey and she was fab and with Gwyn there wasn't a problem with anything, he also gave me different ideas and options of what I could do, and the results are simply amazing!!! When they turned up on day 1, and I decided a wanted a new towel radiator, it wasn't a problem. I will definitely recommend them in the future. 5* Service

On the strength of GT kitchens designing and fitting our bathroom last year with the outcome first class. It made sense to contact them again to fit a new kitchen. Once again we were not disappointed with the results with a lovely looking and working kitchen. Again Tracey was very helpful in the showroom and nothing was to much trouble for her. Gwyn done all the fitting etc supported by a few other trades ie electrician, plasterer and floor layer. The outcome was a complete transformation of an old kitchen to a modern up to date kitchen with Gwyn’s 25 years of experience shining through from start to finish. Once again I would not hesitate to recommend GT kitchens to anyone who is going to have a new kitchen or bathroom fitted.

Looked after the whole process from start to finish, sourced the units and appliances at very reasonable prices and Gwyn was informative throughout. SIMPLY THE BEST - My kitchen and bathroom have now both been totally transformed and the transformation in both rooms has exceeded my expectations. The workmanship of all those involved has been amazing - the bathroom fitters, the tiling, the plasterers, the Granite Company, the electrician, Tracy and especially Gwyn who guided me with my choices for both the bathroom and kitchen. These rooms are of "showroom quality" and make me smile every time I walk into them. As my title says "simply the best".

I need to post my review about GT Kitchens, Gwyn was recommended to us by some friends who had used GT Kitchens, both for themselves and their parents, and we saw the finished work and were suitably impressed. We needed to replace our old small kitchen and wanted to have a wall knocked down to make way for a completely new open plan kitchen diner. We liked Gwyn from the very first time we meet him in his premises and when he came to the house to measure up prior to quoting. He was able to design a kitchen that fitted our needs, and was very clear in explaining what was possible and what wasn’t. He was very helpful with the many decisions that had to be made and gave us options along the way, rather than it being done without choice. We used the builders etc that Gwyn recommended and they were all very dedicated, we left tea/coffee/biscuits but they hardly touched them. We thought the work was going to be really messy, with the wall being knocked down and a ceiling coming down etc, but we were very impressed as when we came home each day, the mess was virtually non existent (they even hoovered the stairs on several occasions - we have an upside down house with kitchen being upstairs). Now that it’s finished and walls painted, it looks amazing, my wife still can’t get over this showroom kitchen being ours. We are so impressed with the end result, the various appliances are good quality and a joy to use. (My wife has rediscovered the joy of cooking…) I must point out the quality of Gwyn’s workmanship. His attention to detail is superb and he was putting as much effort into this as if it was going to be his own kitchen. I can’t stress enough how good the quality of his craftsmanship is and the materials he uses. I would highly recommend Gwyn to anyone who is considering a major change - it’s worth it and worth getting the right tradesmen in. (I sorry if this sounds like an advertisement for him, but we, as you can tell are so impressed). Thanks to you Gwyn.

Gwyn at GT Kitchens & Bathrooms is nothing short of amazing. He takes such pride in his work. The amount of attention to detail he gives is superb and the ideas he suggested in re-modellimg both my kitchen and bathroom were things I never would have saw to do myself. Both rooms went from awful to outstanding. Everything from the finished product to the workmanship to the materials and appliances are top quality. You won't find better. I can't recommend Gwyn enough and the boys he uses to help are fantastic too. He is completely trustworthy and honest and he won't try to sell you something that you don't need. He will suggest things but work with you to ensure YOU get YOUR perfect bathroom and / or kitchen. His customer service from start to finish and afterwards is second to none. If you're as confused as I was when looking for ideas and want to ensure you get the best quality kitchen or bathroom you can, look no further!!

Thank you to Gwyn and his team for giving my parents a dream kitchen. GT kitchens are a pleasure to work with. Nothing was too much trouble even when Mum wanted to add things after the project had been started, nothing seemed to phase Gwyn and his accommodating attitude was above and beyond. From the very start Sheila who mans the showroom was patient and gave excellent guidance and even though we seemed to make many visits she always made us feel special. He was able to give us the benefit of his knowledge and made suggestions that had never occurred to us which resulted in a much better kitchen than we had thought was possible. We were looking for a new kitchen and had done the rounds with Wren and Sigma 3, but I made an ad-hoc visit to GT Kitchens showroom whilst passing one day. I had a good chat with Gwyn's boss, Tracy, who arranged for Gwyn to visit our home. It was apparent that he had a wealth of experience and he offered some great ideas in terms of layout and design, that we hadn't considered. There is no substitute for experience so following some detailed advice from Gwyn, our original design went out of the yet to be installed window. It was a bit of a Kaa, (Jungle Book) moment where we placed our trust in him. As the room needed a complete overhaul, Gwyn's ensemble of trusted tradesmen transformed the space so that it was ready for the kitchen to be installed. Paul and his team did a brilliant job on the building works, Duggie provided and installed superb windows/doors and Ross did a first class electrical job. What was particularly pleasing is that the above mentioned team, worked hard to make sure that the unavoidable dust and disruption was kept to an absolute minimum. Gwyn's work and attention to detail is second to none, it was clean, tidy and precise. He takes an obvious pride in his work and doesn't cut any corners, save the precise cuts on the plinths. He also went the extra mile to resolve a pre-existing problem with the plumbing which was very much appreciated. The kitchen is modest in terms of size, but it is packed full of integrated hi tech appliances and devices. It has beautiful silestone worktops expertly supplied by Celtic Granite Solutions. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend GT Kitchens and Bathrooms and I don't think we could be more pleased with the outcome, so thank you very much Gwyn and the whole team.

Recently asked Gwyn and the Team to gut and redesign our very old upstairs bathroom. We are delighted with the result. We have just had our bathroom completely redone whilst on holidays. Gwyn and team have done a superb job! We had a good idea of what we wanted, so selected all the fittings from a range of brochures and finalisation was really straightforward in just one visit. Great advice on little featues like silent fans and removal of unecessary stench pipe. When we returned the bathroon was completed EXACTLY how we envisaged to a very high standard! They did though demolish all the digestives we left for them!
