Excellent design work from Dean Harper. Very thorough and very happy with final design. Delivery was very well organised and exactly on time. The delivery drivers were very good and everything was stored with care. Nothing was missing or damaged. The quality of the kitchen and appliances is excellent. We are very happy with our new kitchen!

This is my second Wren kitchen (as I have moved house previously) The design experience in Norwich was very informative and Adam was very helpful. We had external builders fit our kitchen. We had a number of damaged cabinets and these were easy to re-order via the app. A couple of items took a few weeks to arrive and when calling the helpline there was sometimes a lengthy wait. Overall we are impressed with the service.

Wren was A1 from the day we walked into show room the salesman Paul Lambert was very professional even with the Covid 19 virus he showed us all the kitchens and they have many after 2 hours we finally decided what was best for our size room. We were sent a delivery date all arrived on time delivery men were very careful and every thing was well packed. Steve Cooper the kitchen fitter was always on time worked throughout the day all ways cleaned up before leaving and did a very professional job. I would definitely recommend WREN kitchens Our kitchen is amazing.

We had a great service from Wren Kitchens with the whole experience from initial visit to final installation was perfect. Delivery was quick and we were kept constantly in contact regarding when everything would arrive. The drivers were great and unloaded everything carefully. We have two items, damaged which were quickly, easily and swiftly replaced with no hassle and little inconvenience. Would definitely recommend to all.

From the very start to the delivery, we couldn't be more happier with our new kitchen. It started with a complete measure up, which was 100% accurate. Our appointment in the showroom was absolutely incredible, we were very unsure of what to put and where in the kitchen and our designer came up with so many options, extremely helpful all the way down to the pricing. We were not pushed into making a decision and we had lots of questions after we left the showroom and these were promptly answered by our designer. A super quick delivery of our ready made units and the delivery team were on time, extra careful and very helpful. We did have a damaged unit, and this was quickly re-ordered and arrived just 5 days later. The quality of the units is brilliant, and we are head over heels in love with our new kitchen. We highly recommend wren to everyone, a brilliant service and fantastic new kitchen.

The staff at Wren were unbelievably professional, friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable from the first time we walked through the doors until our new kitchen was delivered. The young girl on the door who greeted us and arranged a first appointment with a kitchen designer was lovely, remembering us each time we visited for further appointments. The designer Paul listened to all our requirements and turned our ideas into a dream kitchen, he was patient and easily adapted any change of mind and sizes and kept us up to date with progress on the order. The sale offers were amazing and the total price was lower than we ever imagined. Delivery was extremely quick, straightforward and handled with care. The quality of the kitchen and fittings are at a very high standard and we are so pleased with the finished kitchen. We did have the side of a cupboard delivered in the wrong colour so had to contact customer services, the mistake was put right over the phone immediately and another sent out very quickly. We would highly recommend Wren to anyone wanting to purchase a new kitchen and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.

Really pleased with our new Wren island. We didn’t need a new kitchen but wanted an island with some very specific requirements. The sales team were great, showed us our options and then designed us exactly what we wanted. Was great to actually see instore all of the different cupboard choices and finishes. The customer service right to the end was fantastic with our own designer making sure he dealt with us all the way to the end. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Really can't fault this company for service and quality of products. We are so pleased with our kitchen which has transformed our home. The quality is excellent. Our designer was brilliant, he was always very patient and always happy to make late adjustments to our kitchen plan. Nothing was too much trouble. We had some items that were slightly damaged but this was quickly put right. We are now about 6 months from delivery and installation and it is still like it was when fitted. What l mean is none of the fittings etc are coming loose etc.. We feel this kitchen will last well. It was a sage colour from the infinity plus range. We did buy handles, silgranit sink and a dishwasher separate. However the cooker and fan we got from Wren as they undercut cheapest suppliers which is great. We installed most of the kitchen ourselves as l do a reasonable amount of Diy. However we got a tradesman to fit the worktop which was the correct decision no doubt about it. I would of messed it up and they are expensive to replace!

Look at a lot off kitchen company's for a kitchen could not find what I wanted and they did not do a home survey, finally went to wrens well what a difference could not have been more helpful arrange a home visit to see what we wanted,finalized that part ordered kitchen during the mean time while waiting for the kitchen they kept me up to date in case of any alterations to layout, and to top it all the kitchen come early what a bonus, delivery great all items were accounted for great service, and to top it two of my neighbors have had wren kitchens

We were really pleased with the kitchen we bought from Wren Kitchens in Norwich. We saw Paul Newman a number of times due to delays in our build and changes of plans. Every time was no issue and Paul was always pleased to see us. The quality of kitchen received was excellent and it was really easy to order replacement doors on the app without any quibbles. We didn’t use Wren’s fitters but our fitters found it easy to follow the instructions and put everything in with no issue. We bought a lot of appliances from Wren as well and they truly couldn’t be beaten on price. Overall it’s been an excellent experience and we would recommend them to anyone considering a new kitchen. 33246714

My wife wanted a new kitchen so we went Wren to have a look and was impressed by the styles and quality of the kitchens so went decided to buy one.We had our own personal assistant/kitchen designer,Rachel,who was very good at her job and we weren't pressured in any way so we ordered our kitchen which was delivered on the date we chose and I proceeded to fit it myself as I had been a carpenter before retiring.Good quality units and delivered on time with an excellent after sale customer service.Would not hesitate to recommend Wren if you want a new kitchen.

Great range of everything from worktops to cupboards and drawers. Prices were really competitive, especially considering that the choice and quality was so good. We were really impressed with the service too- we were always greeted when we walked in and were always introduced to a designer within minutes. Once we started designing the kitchen the designer was so knowledgeable and helpful and responded to emails really quickly. The kitchen has been installed now and we are so pleased- overall we were most impressed with the fantastic range of options on display, so much more, and nicer, than anywhere else we looked.

We found the kitchen that really caught our eye and we sat down with Danial Heather who made our experience simply amazing. Firstly the showroom and kitchen displays are second to none. The experience from being greeted at the door to leaving with a complete kitchen plan was relaxing yet exciting. The choice of doors, worktops and accessories was amazing but the displays and the design print-outs showed how our choices would work together. Customer service was excellent from start to finish. Secondly we received a site visit to double check dimensions and to identify any features within the room which might cause a installation problem. An impressive aspect of the overall service. Thirdly the delivery of the kitchen was as arranged - on time and complete. The guys were friendly and very efficient getting everything from the front to the back of the (large) house. The units were exceptionally well packed with no sign of any external damage. I was surprised to find that the doors had already been fitted and could be removed easily without a screwdriver. Finally, we installed the kitchen ourselves with the benefit of clear and concise instructions. It was a joy ..... everything was there ..... the quality of the units, tops, doors and accessories was first class. It looks absolutely superb. In conclusion I can't recommend Wren highly enough ..... for design, choice, service and price.

Great from start to finish. Had no pressure or nagging. Designer (Gary) was excellent and came up with some great ideas. After our third visit we finally had a plan which was our fault as we completely changed our design requirements. Kitchen arrived on time but with a few chips in a some panels. A call to customer service sorted that and we had new replacement panels within 48 hours. I enjoy DIY so I chose to fit it myself, and the plans and instructions provided were excellent. Very Happy

We ordered at kitchen from Wren Norwich branch - Michael Breame designed a fantastic kitchen for us, ticking all of the boxes! From there, the delivery was much quicker than we thought which meant that our building project was not delayed. There was some issues with damage to one or two of the fittings, but these were quickly rectified and replaced free of charge. We also added to the order after delivery and wren were able to send the additional product through swiftly. We are now loving our new kitchen space and would highly recommend Wren Kitchens

From the second my husband and I walked into the showroom we were given a first class service, tailoring the Wren products to match our requirements. The salesperson was very professional and soon was able to build up our 3D image of what our new kitchen would look like. We were delighted and placed the order. We knew exactly what day it was being delivered and were kept informed via text messages. On the day of delivery text messages kept us informed of more accurate times. When the lorry arrived the delivery men put each part of the kitchen exactly where we had planned it to go, thus saving us time in moving boxes around. Everything was fully assembled, there was no damage, except for a tiny dent in one corner, this didn’t matter as luckily it would not be seen. Everything was delivered as per order, nothing missing. We would use Wren again not only because of the good service and competitive pricing, but also because we were able to purchase all the appliances as well also at competitive prices thus saving additional time hunting around other stores. My husband is fitting the kitchen himself and has found the showroom staff very helpful with some of the technical details of fitting units etc.

Wren Kitchens have been superb to date. We live in a listed property so have to obtain a plan for the kitchen and get permission before we can install. Wren have not been pushy and have worked to our time frame which has been fantastic. The designer wanted to understand our preferences and worked tirelessly to show us different options to find the kitchen that would work best for us. The designer was also very honest about options available and didn't simply try and sell the most expensive options throughout but rather focused on selling what would work best for us. We were not rushed to make a decision whilst in the branch which was really important. All in all, a superb buying experience, tailored to meet our needs throughout.

The planning process was brilliant and easy to use. The staff in the Norwich branch were very helpful and took the time to go through everything. The initial delivery of the whole kitchen was great, no parts were missing. We did have to change one panel and when that was re-sent unfortunately it was damaged. It was easy to re order but unfortunately the time slots that we were given and how much notice we had to get back home were inaccurate. We made an appointment online, and very shortly after we received confirmation of our appointment with Daniel Heather. Upon arriving for our appointment we were greeted at the front of the showroom, offered a lovely coffee and a really comfortable and spacious bright area to sit. Daniel Heather was professional from the outset and listened to exactly what we were looking for and came up with some great suggestions as to how we can achieve these or other things that we haven’t even thought of. The kitchen is currently being fitted. It is of excellent quality very, very well packaged, protected and exactly what we are after. Communication is excellent. There were a few missing items but that is down to us requiring a special order of flatpack rather than fully built carcasses for one particular end of the kitchen due to ceiling height, however normally these items would be fully built and delivered with all the internals as they should be. Well done Wren ! We have had a great experience.

Really friendly and helpful staff, the designer came up with a brilliant design for our kitchen which is now light, modern and spacious, we have received so many compliments about it. The fitters we used were great having worked with Wren since 2012 they knew their stuff and everything fitted without any hitches (not that I was aware of). We also wanted to utilize another space which we just wanted the doors for and Wren were happy to supply us, so it all matched. The only downside is that the kitchen looks soo good, the rest of the house needs decorating to catch up with it. Would I use Wren again, yes but as our kitchen is guaranteed for the next 10 years, it won't be any time soon unless we were to move.

Our kitchen was fitted almost a year ago and we are still very pleased with it, we have recently had a small issue with the sink unit and are waiting for this to be sorted out. Perhaps I should have done this review after this was sorted so as to give the reader a better idea of the backup service that can be expected. However Wren have not let me down yet, and I remain hopeful.

We had a really good experience with Wren Kitchens in Norwich - our kitchen fitter Johnathan was exceptionally helpful and patient, and nothing was too much trouble. The price was what we had budgeted for, and at no point did we feel that we were being pressure to spend more than we wanted to, there was certainly no hard sell. He made it a much easier experience than we were anticipating. We used our own kitchen fitter, so can't comment on that part of things, but the delivery was fast and went smoothly, and the only issue we had was a missing piece which was sent out to us within a couple of days. We're so pleased with the final result and wouldn't hesitate to use Wren again.

Order Number: 31748878 Thoroughly enjoyed the in store design service, having never purchased a kitchen before was made to feel at ease & the gentleman who helped us (Dean) was knowledgable & offered worthwhile advice. Cannot speak highly enough of the Wren kitchen fitter (Lee), who finished all aspects to the highest of standards. Did have some issues with damaged goods however the fitter sorted replacements in a timely manner without us having to get involved. Overall would highly rate Wren & the services they provide, would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

We found the visits to our local Wren showroom and the service we received to be very good. We amended our order several times and the staff were always very helpful and accommodating. Some of the deals we received, particularly the appliance package, also seemed to be good value. The delivery was on time as scheduled. We used an independent contractor to fit our kitchen which saved a great deal of money from Wren's quote and were very happy with the quality of his work. However, he did encounter some issues with the plans drawn up by Wren, as despite sending 2 specialist measuring teams we ended up having to 'build out' in certain areas to make everything fit and were also left with a set of drawers that cannot open fully, as they collide with the handles of our oven, something we would have expected to be picked up in the planning process! We have now been using the kitchen for three months and it looks very attractive with lots of compliments from guests, however internally some drawer bases have already started to 'warp' despite having very little weight in them. Overall it seems to be of good quality but I would neither recommend or advise against using Wren based on my own personal experiences.

We purchased a Kitchen from Wren Kitchens in Norwich, at the end of 2017. The Kitchen Planner in the showroom was very helpfuil and made the process of planning and ordering our new kitchen very easy. The Kitchen was delivered on the date promised, and was well packaged to avoid damage. We were delighted with our new kitchen when it was fitted, and a year on it still looks as good as it did on day one. We would certainly recommend Wren Kitchens.

Unlike the sheds and other sparsly furnished kitchen outlets i found Wrens in Norwich a feast for the eyes .i just wished i had a house big enough to put all the displays in .anyway my wife and i had a really good look around we opted for the infinity range my wife chose that one as she didnt want any door handles.so after a home visit it was all measured and designed for us. Delivery was at the time of our choosing and was made easier by the excellent delivery team. The kitchen fitter loved the quality and it went in a dream.over the years i have had four kitchens fitted and a Wrens kitchen has been the best by far. Well done Wrens.

He had lots of patience and we were able to modify the design many times before reaching our final plan. Overall a very good experience. Staff were great, knowledgeable and very willing to help. We had to make a few changes to the original design, which proved to be no problem. The kitchen was delivered when they said it would be and everything was there, nothing missing or damaged. I fitted the kitchen myself and was pleased with the instructions, drawings and details provided by WREN. The granite worktops were supplied and fitted by J Rotherham, fantastic service and a perfect fit. Now complete the kitchen looks amazing, the quality really stands out. Very happy and would thoroughly recommend (based on supply only as I cannot comment on WREN's installation teams).

Great in store service, but very poor after sales. We paid for the kitchen to come pre built, I would advise against this as everything had to be adjusted. The overall kitchen does look amazing but PLEASE ensure you are FULLY satisfied with all decisions before you sign the final paperwork and not get rushed to complete-this is where we had issues.

I purchased a new kitchen from WREN and fitted it myself. I ordered it for a new house extension and had to change a few things with the design, which the guys at WREN were happy to do. The kitchen arrived when they said it would and everything was included, nothing was missing or damaged. On fitting the kitchen I found there to be plenty on screws, brackets and such plus instructions were very clear. I cannot comment on installations carried out by WREN but if you plan to fit your kitchen yourself then I cannot praise WREN highly enough. The end product looks fantastic. We did include granite worktops which WREN arranged to fit using J Rotherham. This all worked out great, they surveyed the fitted units and the worktops arrived about 1 week later and fitted like a glove. Overall highly recommended.

Some of the best service I've ever had. After my kitchen fitter fell ill, they extended the period I had to notify them of any damage. Then, when I reported a couple of damaged doors, a replacement order was arranged straight away. They refunded half of the price of my hob because it was scratched and also arranged for an engineer to visit my property to look at our noisy extractor. The thing is, we all know problems crop up and it's how you deal with them that makes the difference. Wren have done a sterling job and filled me with confidence every step of the way. I'm so glad I didn't choose anyone else. Thank you.

We bought a kitchen and appliances from Wren in 2017. The salesman we dealt with, Tom went above and beyond of what was expected to help design our kitchen. Once delivered, our kitchen sink was broken, but even this was swiftly replaced. The quality is the kitchen is brilliant and very please with our experience.

This was started apparently by an ex mfi director. They have some nice displays and are aimed firmly at the retail customer with subbies doing installations. Their planning software is really rather good. When you add it all up you wont get good value but if you feel the need to get a kitchen on finance then maybe. I have had probably 25 kitchens fitted over the past 15 years and have found howdens to be the best price /long lasting kitchen combination. Flat packs never seem to last so well.

A replacement fitting team did not fit the kitchen as set down in the plans. They did no tiling, gas or electrical work. The fitting of the ready made cupboards was extremely expensive for just 3 days work - about £7000. We'll see how long the cupboards last. Our Wickes kitchen lasted well over 15 years and was still going strong when we moved house.
