Ashlea was the lady responsible for the design and, after a home visit to discuss and survey, she came up with a design that delighted us. Kev and Ian were the installers and they did a fabulous job. They were very efficient, tidy and great fun to have in the house. The final result is stunning and we are delighted.

Their professionalism and attention to detail from design concept through to installation and completion is second to none.
Having just completed another project, I felt compelled to write a review (not something I usually do) however, I’m stunned to find they are being targeted by someone regularly posting 1 star reviews that are clearly false in an attempt to discredit this company that has worked incredibly hard over many years to achieve the 4.8 star excellent rating they truly deserve.
Clearly the company has not undertaken 20 installations in the last 2 weeks for people they have never heard of (using broken English to write ridiculous one line reviews) - so please ignore them! I can’t fault this company and the scores of 5 star GENUINE reviews speak volumes.

K. T.We had a complex refurbishment of our bungalow, that involved the removal of internal walls, strip out of our old kitchen and bathroom. Then new internal walls were built followed by a complete reinstallation of a kitchen and wetroom. It required an experienced design and build company to do it for us and Design Time did not let us down.
Ash and Mark designed the bathroom and kitchen to our exacting requirements as my wife has limited mobility issues. The level of detail they went to was amazing. Paul brilliantly organised their highly skilled tradesmen, who worked very hard to give us what we needed. Everyone was so helpful and considerate at every stage. The company went above and beyond and the work that they did for us, has transformed our lives for the better and we cannot thank them enough. Design Time came highly recommended by our family and we are very happy to do the same.

J. B.Design Time replaced our tired advocado suite bathroom! we were very happy with the service we received. They came out to survey very quickly and produced a proposed plan based on our priorities within days. Where we were unsure e.g type of flooring they made good suggestions.
All the work was carried out to a very high standard and nothing was too much trouble - there was a couple things we wanted to change once the work started and they were happy to accommodate our wishes.
Kevin who carried out the work was lovely, a pleasure to have around - just needed to make sure we had plenty of tea bags in the house! A special thanks to Ashlea who did the design and co-ordinated the work. We would be happily use them again in the future.

W. J.I was looking for a new kitchen so i decided to check Google. I'm so glad I did because this is were I found design times. So now I feel I should share my experiences with you. After calling design time Mark the designer/owner arrived on time,he listened to my ideas and shared his.The next visit was the show room. I loved the feel of the showroom. I like modern and it felt very modern. We didn't feel rushed. Mark was happy change things. He work hard to get what we wanted. . We were given plenty of samples. ( plus he makes a nice coffee).
Then we met Matt and his mate Mike.what a team. Matt is a perfectionist. He works hard and doesnt stops untill the job is done. Nothing was to much trouble. Mike was such a fantastic character. So much fun.
The job was being done through covid so I knew it wasn't going to be easy. BUT when there was a issue. Paul was there to see us through it. His customer service is 100%. Such a lovely guy.
My only advise is allow yourselves extra time for the job. We did and it still took longer. I carnt Thank Mark and his team for an amazing job. I would recommend. 100%. .I would defiantly use again. Thanks guys for my lovely kitchen. Mr and Mrs Jackson.
m. b.Where do I start? the designer! Maxine has got a great sense of style, we loved all her ideas as some spaces we didn't know quite what to do with them, she would definitely guide you through until you reach the right design for that awkard space, we have several professionals i.e. electrician, plasterer, the fitter, etc they work with top professionals, those ones that you want to have when you are searching for a tradesman by yourself! We had some hiccups, this is our 3rd kitchen, and we have always encountered some! But it matters how a company deal with them, and Design Time, our assigned project manager Paul, was always there to help and listening to sort things out. Thank you guys! It is a top quality company with amazing customer service. It was a pleasure to work with you guys. And here are some pics! Our favourites, the hot/filtered water tap system, the breakfast bar, top quality granite! the pantry (where I can hide a millions things but have soooo easy access to! the flex hob, the pull out bins (great size! not too big not small at all, and this is for family of 5!) We love our new kitchen and we would highly recommend Design time! if we ever move again we would definitely go back to them! Merry Christmas x

We explained our budget and they took this on board and helped us make cost effective choices - there was no pushing of more expensive products. The design was finalised within a couple of weeks and we were able to view it in 3D immersive CAD which was helpful. Everything was laid out for us to choose without it being overwhelming. It was a bit of a wait for fitting but this was fine for us and at least we knew when to expect it. Mark the fitter was a real pleasure to have around for a few weeks - he communicated everything he was doing each day, was considerate and very tidy and everything has been finished superbly well. Our bathroom project was taken care of completely from end to end and it wasn't stressful at all.
P. S.Really good design job by Maxine followed by great follow up customer service from Paul. The fitter Mark on our bathrooms was excellent - showing respect for the house he was in. His skills in all areas were first rate. We had a couple of small issues that were resolved immediately and didn't spoil the experience at all. Would definitely recommend.

R. B.We used Design Time to redesign and install our ensuite bathroom and also update on of our other bathrooms. From the outset they were very professional and provided a high level of service.
The design included elements and ideas that we had not considered and we found that the 3D virtual reality service allowed us to better visualise the final design and make decision on choices we had.
The team of fitters were again very professional, turned up when they were expected and completed the job to a very high standard and on time.
We had a small issue after the fitout was complete which was dealt with very quickly and effectively.
We would happily use Design Time again in the future.
s. b.They provided us a great consultancy service to start, as we were thinking about fitted wardrobes and other parts of remodelling to the house, and the rep Maxine came up with some fantastic ideas which we hadn't thought about.
As for the work, quality of fitted wardrobes is great and with a very modern design, and the service of fitting with the joiner and electrician was really professional.
Overall their pricing came below other local quotes we had (from West Bridgford businesses) and we felt like we have received a more bespoke and better quality product. We would def recommend and we will be returning to them for the next round of remodelling to our property.

L. B.So happy we chose Design Time. We had multiple quotes and consultations from local businesses but Maxine’s innovative design really stood out at being able to maximise our space and providing us with all the features we wanted to include, at a reasonable price.
Our fitter Mark was excellent, completing the whole job (removing wall, repositioning a door/wall in another room, fitting both a family bathroom and en suite) within a month and going beyond to ensure we had exactly the right fittings and finish that we desired.
The quality and spec of the products were better than all the others we’d had quoted and have enabled us to have two rooms we are over the moon with. Would recommend Design Time unreservedly.

When I walked into the 'Design Time' showroom, I was warmly greeted by Maxine, who listened to what I wanted my new bathroom to look like. After visiting my home, she put together a stylish, contemporary design, making sure she stayed within my budget. She helped me to choose the fittings, ensuring everything worked well together, from the tiles, to the flooring with the modern look we were trying to achieve, never trying to 'up sell' more expensive ranges. The project was overseen by Paul who checked several times in person that the installation was going to plan, and that I was happy with its progress. Matt and Mike worked hard to install the bathroom, taking care of the details at every stage and co-ordinating the electrics; plumbing services etc so the project didn't run over schedule. Every aspect of the design process and installation was carried out with efficiency and great communication throughout. Maxine worked hard to ensure that the bathrooms met our varied needs and the finished results are excellent.

P. T.Design Time planned our bathroom which is amazing we decided to remove the bath and have a walk in shower. From the first time we met Maxine in the showroom she listened to our needs and designed it for us.
Later this year we had our kitchen doors replaced the kitchen had only been refitted three years ago and it was a difficult decision to make but again Maxine came to our rescue and we have not looked back so pleased with the service.

M. R.This was the second time we had used Design Time, and again it was a superb installation with everything completed to a high standard. The work was finished earlier than expected, but let down by a poor ordering process ie chosen tiles not available, incorrect sink delivered, toilet delivered without fittings. Design Times’ strength is quality - of both their products and their installation team (the one we know is Ian and Kev). Their weaknesses are design (we used none of the designs suggested by Design Time) and supply ordering. Have to say the finished En-suite looks brilliant.

We were really anxious about doing the bathroom as we only have one toilet in the house, and the previous companies recommended that we had to extend our bathroom to the hallway to get everything we wanted to fit, but after Maxine had visited our house, she really made us feel less anxious and was extremely helpful. The design that Maxine provided made sure we could fit everything we wanted in the space we have. When the team came to start the work, they were extremely professional and very friendly. They were meticulous from the design stage all the way through to completion, with the outcome perfect in every respect. Absolutely nothing is too much trouble for Mark and his team.

Throughout the process, nothing has been too much trouble for the staff at DesignTime or the fitting team.
Maxine produced outline designs for both the family and en suite bathrooms. After our impressive virtual tours of both bathrooms, she was happy to make refinements on several occasions, taking on board our feedback. Maxine has continued to take an interest throughout the project to ensure that the agreed visions have lived up to expectations.
Nic and Ryan fitted out the bathrooms to a very high standard and, again, they were happy to address any minor concerns that we raised during the rebuilds.
The organisation was also impressive, between Paul at DesignTime and the fitting team, the skips, materials and other trades (i.e. electrical, plastering) all arrived in a timely manner so that there were no unnecessary delays.
The coronavirus lockdown meant that work had to be suspended for several weeks. However, Nic and Ryan firstly raced to make sure that the bathrooms were sufficiently functional to minimise our inconvenience.
As lockdown eased, the work restarted promptly. Nic and Ryan also quickly addressed the short snagging list that we had compiled during the intervening period.
We would have no hesitation in recommending DesignTime and Nic / Ryan to anyone thinking about a new bathroom.

C. M.We had an idea of what we wanted and Maxine was able to translate those ideas into reality. Being able to see our ensuite before it was created via virtual reality glasses was amazing! We had a few challenges with installation and on each occasion, Design Time and Nic the installer responded promptly and efficently. Customer service was outstanding with a 'we'll sort that' mentality and the end result is a wonderful ensuite and a refurblished bathroom that we're delighted with.

Unlike some companies Mark came to the house and helped enormously with the design of the kitchen .
The fitting team were brilliant, working cleanly and efficiently.
We did get other quotes including from one of the big “ sheds” who’s design lacked imagination but would have cost nearly the same. We found Designtime’s quote was very competitive.
There were a couple of tiny issues and these were resolved quickly and we feel that that the true quality of the company is demonstrated by their aftersales service.
We would not hesitate to recommend Designtime.

Quality product. And they are there to sort out little problems after should they occur-As u should expect when having something Grand. Something doesn't become Grand without a few hiccups-In most things in life.

Can also recommend the Hot taps they do-A big decision spending big money on a tap, but afterwards, massively quick & convenient & time-saving.
