We decided to have our kitchen done around this time last year. My husband and I booked appointments with 4 kitchen companies and honestly expected Wren to be the most expensive. We were pleasantly surprised with quote and quality of the products. Wren offer a vast selection of kitchen styles and colours at different prices to suit all. Our designer was very good and we chose our kitchen and planned for building work to commence in January 2021. Once a wall had been taken out Wren visited to take final measurements and adjusted the design accordingly. When everything arrived we noticed we had been sent the incorrect handles but the Wren customer service team were very good and sent out the correct handles within a couple of days. We are thrilled with our new kitchen. The quality is excellent and the price and ability to use 0% finance if needed is also great. Thank you Wren

O/N 36890659 Start to finish experience was very good with only a couple of hiccups that were sorted to our satisfaction with with Wren. Kitchen showroom was clean and informative and the designer was a good listener and offered reasonable advice where required and put us in touch with our excellent installer and his team. A convenient time was arranged for the installation of our new kitchen and utility room which (including the removal of the existing fittings and some electrical and plumbing work) was all done very quickly and efficiently and without too much hassle. As I say the only hiccups were an out of stock double oven and the wrong upstands, but with contact with Wren from ourselves and the installer these things were sorted and to our satisfaction. Because the design of our kitchen and utility room was uncomplicated and not custom made we found the experience ok.

Complete kitchen rebuild and install. Installer and all at Wren made it easy, professional and efficient. Delivery was excellent. Installer (Myles) went above and beyond. From start to finish cannot complain one bit. Excellent service all round, but also a great price.

We were impressed with the whole service we received from design stage through to delivery of our kitchen units. We had to delay our delivery dates a couple of times here and Wren was very adaptable. The delivery team were very helpful in placing the units in two rooms and the units are sturdy and look sparkling!

I loved it! I was like a big kid in a sweet shop! So much to see and test, you can walk round looking and opening the doors to see if they are for you. Staff are friendly and helpful ask if you want a drink they have bottled water, kids are with playstation and bean bags!

Lovely quality kitchens, but the customer service is not so great. Took weeks to get an installation date, despite promises they’ll let us know the next day. Missing parts with the temporary sink (adaptor), so having to bodge a fix.

Big applause to Gavin in the Plymouth store for being able to do something I have been trying unsuccessfully to do for over 35 years ..... read the wife’s mind, she knew what she wanted so I just left the 2 of them together for 30 minutes and hey presto we had a picture and plan, delivery date was set, communication was great, delivery was on the specified date, the 2 delivery guys were really helpful and understanding, I fitted the kitchen the following week, assembly was easy, we had a couple of glass drawer panels missing but these were delivered within 7 days so no problem, the wife is happy with her kitchen which means I'm also happy, would definitely recomend WREN Kitchens to a friend.

In August in YOUR PLYMOUTH STORE, had a beautiful pink kitchen island fitted in our already gorgeous kitchen. We have purchased the Milano infinity plus kitchen from the Plymouth store and it is stunning and so well designed by gavin hardwicke, he did an amazing job and was so friendly and helpful. Our installation was ok, but perhaps should have hired someone local as our kitchen was a little rushed and he had to come back to fix a couple of minor things that were overlooked. But I would certainly recommend wren as their kitchens are first class

Had a kitchen made by Wren and I can honestly say it’s an amazing product and service from start to finish. The kitchen designer went above and beyond designing our kitchen during lockdown in November. All done one after virtually and it was exactly how we imagined. Delivered promptly and efficiently and the after care has been spot on. Our tap became faulty after a couple of weeks and we received a replacement in a matter of days. The products are good, we are happy with our kitchen. However there are a few issues which we wish our designer had seen when she designed it which we should have thought about before. We would advise avoiding the 200mm units if you can absolutely avoid it, they are difficult to use.

He was very professionally and clearly knowledgeable, he guided us through the whole experience, which we are very grateful for, and we are now the very happy owners of our new kitchen. Wren Kitchens has a classy showroom with an excellent choice of products on display. The kitchens appear to be of good quality and the sales people will show you a demonstration of their units compared to those of their principle competitors. To the untrained eye (me) they appear to compare very favourably. When you book a kitchen design appointment, there is a relaxing air of confidence about the process. The designers are clearly professional and the software they use produces very effective 3D models of how the room could look. It all looks and sounds great, so why only 3 stars? Unfortunately my experience with Wren was tarnished by the sales tactics. The design appointment began with an attempt to gauge how comfortable I was with an estimated price. At this point, no design had even been discussed! At the end of the appointment, the quote was nearly identical to the initial estimate. I got the distinct impression that it was "tweaked" based on my reaction to the estimation. I asked for a printed copy of it but was told it was policy not to provide detailed quotes. Next I was asked if I'd looked at any other suppliers yet. I hadn't and made it clear that Wren were the first place we'd visited. The response to this was to tell me I only had 5 days to accept the offer as their sale was ending and the prices would subsequently go up. To sum up: Wren provides an impressive service from initial visit, right through to designing your kitchen. Their products are good quality and compare well with others I've seen. If they didn't employ the tacky sales tricks, I'd probably have given them my business. I might still do that but it will be in a time and manner that I'm comfortable with.

The staff at Wren were always very welcoming and helpful. The designer was very knowledgeable and put up with my indecision and helped me make up my mind as well as suggestions things I hadn't thought of. What I also liked was they provide a touch up kit so that during the installation (which we did ourselves so I cannot comment on the installers) when a couple of scrapes occured you can paint the scuffs and you would not know they were there. I had a couple of items that were damaged on arrival but Wren quickly replaced them without any hassle. Every item feels well made and durable. I love my kitchen!

Our sales guy was helpful and patient, talked us through everything. We chose a self fit option so no opinion on fiiting, but the delivery was smooth and hassle free. I have to say that we are delighted with our recent Kitchen purchase from Wren Kitchens. Every aspect from initial concept through to final design and delivery were handled exceptionally well. We opted to appoint our own fitters who also commented on how well things had been thought out and put together. Even down to simple things like polystyrene trays / holders for the doors while the rest of the kitchen is installed shows real thought has gone into the care of the product during installation. As with all projects this size there were one or two very minor issues which we were not completely happy with, Wren Kitchens really proved themselves to be committed to providing an all round first class experience and dealt with our concerns extremely efficiently until we were completely happy. We selected an Infinity Plus pre assembled kitchen from Wren. The challenge was to provide full sized services - dishwasher, washer dryer, fridge freezer, induction hob, hide and slide oven, extractor and built in microwave - in an open plan 3m x 2.5m space. Wren delivered. For various reasons we saw five advisors, all of whom picked up from where the last had got to. We ended up with our original advisor and a fantastic kitchen - providing everything we wanted in white and grey with copper effect worktop. The build quality was excellent and really impressed our builders who are used to seeing all sorts of kitchens. The standout piece is the five shelf tower pull out unit which is a genius fitting. Finally there were a few odd pieces missing (or misplaced by our builders). Nothing major - just shelf brackets, screw caps etc. After one call they were delivered the next day without question. Brilliant. We are absolutely delighted with our kitchen and recommend Wren unreservedly - for the quality of Infinity Plus and patience.

Amazing showroom - I intended visiting loads, and making a shortlist, but after Wickes - I went to Wren, and there I stayed. Lovely helpful designer, knew exactly what I wanted in my short kitchen space - every inch filled. Had a home visit to check my measurements, which were spot on, then back to do a final design alteration, choose a delivery date, and everything went 100%, from beginning to end. As with all companies, there were lots of offers on - so not sure if I could have stretched to what was sup[posed to be the true retail value! The tiling is being grouted today - then I have a 100% glossy white, handles-less kitchen, that used to be a small utility area. Very, very pleased.

we went into wren plymouth looking for a good quality kitchen and after looking around we meet one of the team to design a kitchen for use. after about 3 hrs we had just the kitchen we wanted. we needed to do a bit off updating .and called in our electrician and plasterer to get the kitchen up to date ready for the new kitchen. after repainting the kitchen which wrens helped us with the colour scheme we took delivery of the kitchen a day of so before the installers arrived. the installation went smoothly apart from a plumbing issue ,which the plumber from wrens sorted for us. we were kept updated by wrens all the way thro the process, they were on the ball making sure everything went smoothly. and now we have a great new kitchen
