I was so worried about getting a new kitchen after reading 100s of bad reviews about wren and other kitchen suppliers. I finally found a German kitchen I loved but was told I wouldn't get one for our budget. Then we found Chris at Kutchenhaus Preston, we found a kitchen within our budget that had evething we wanted! His reviews were also amazing! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We love our kitchen thank you Chris Kutchenhaus Preston

Stunning kitchens, creative ideas, helpful throughout and technically skilled. We spoke to at least 6 different kitchen companies and in our opinion Kutchenhaus came out tops for creativity and quality. We were initially worried about costs but the price came in line with all our other quotes. Once we'd chosen Kutchenhaus we had numerous changes of mind and revisions to our plan and throughout the entire process Chris and Karen could not have been more understanding or helpful. Chris also has a lot of technical building knowledge which helped us navigate our kitchen installation that was part of a bigger renovation to our house. I'm very glad we chose Kutchenhaus and could not have found a better company to deal with.

Kutchenhaus Preston are amazing! Chris has the best customer service I have encountered; always helpful and goes above and beyond to ensure you get the perfect kitchen! He provided several design options (after coming out to our house personally to measure up) and altered to accommodate all our ideas before we committed to any purchase. The price was far better than local competitors and we received a much better quality kitchen for our money. He was even able to custom alter some cupboards to fit our appliances which other kitchen companies told us was not possible. When a few parts arrived with slight surface damage he promptly arranged replacements with no hassle and sorted these to be installed for us. Our new kitchen is fantastic and we couldn’t recommend them highly enough! Thank you!

Our experience with Kutchenhaus Preston has been great from start to finish. After our first meeting with Chris and team we had already decided Kutchenhaus Preston was where we wanted to purchase our new kitchen from. When designing the kitchen Chris made us aware of all available options and was always available to discuss last minute changes. Even after the kitchen had been fitted, Chris was still available to check things over and help sort out small issues. Chris and team made this process so easy and their customer service is excellent! I couldn't recommend them enough!

We had our Kutchenhaus kitchen delivered and installed in November. Chris and the team provided first rate service from start to finish. We initially had a plan drawn up by a DIY chain store who gave a basic plan based on the dimensions and room layout that we provided. While this would have given us a functional kitchen, it provided no real storage space and would have proven hugely impractical. A second plan was obtained from a kitchen chain who improved on the design and functionality but presented their pricing structure in a confusing format with discounts applied to discounts for "a limited time only" no doubt to create urgency and rush you into buying. We then went to see Chris and the team at Kutchenhaus in Preston who simplified the process, presented a clear quotation and improved our kitchen design beyond our expectations. Once the order was placed we were kept informed of the progress and when the delivery date was upon us it arrived promptly and all in once piece. Chris attended while the fitter was on site and advised on the more intriquate parts of the installation process and was also available to answer further questions over the phone. We couldn't be happier with the quality of the kitchen or the standard of service we received from start to finish and highly recommend Kutchenhaus Preston

Kutchenhaus Preston - Exceptional! I had my kitchen/dining room fitted in December in time for Christmas and was so proud to show it off to all my visitors. Comments included 'WOW', 'fabulous' and 'contemporary'. I've had it for four months now and still love being in it. Chris from the Preston showroom was excellent. There was no high pressure selling or pushing of designs. In fact, I must have had half a dozen different designs until we found one that worked for me. It was very much a team effort with both of us making suggestions and amendments. Chris took account of my lifestyle, age and family circumstances. When I picked certain finishes Chris advised they weren't the best for two Labradors or regular visits from children and advised on more appropriate surfaces. Storage was a big issue for me as I like to entertain so have lots of extra dishes etc. Some of the solutions suggested were quite ingenious and certainly met my needs. Chris and Peter's building expertise was put to good use too. My original ideas of where I wanted the sink and orientation of the island had building implications which were explained in detail and as a result I reviewed my original idea for a more workable one. I was torn between colours and again, the shape, size and light from windows were all considered in the conversations. I was even helped with potential matches of floor and wall coverings. One big plus was the unexpected addition of a 12-seater dining table. I had been struggling to find a large enough table and Chris pointed out they could supply a table to any size in the same wood as the block on my island and my wall boards. I now have a functional dining table which matches the décor perfectly and is the envy of my friends and family. Large gatherings are no problem at all. The final price was very reasonable for such a high quality kitchen. My budget was considered at all times and I was kept appraised of the full cost during the design process. I can't recommend Kutchenhaus Preston highly enough for their friendly and professional customer service, creative design solutions and patience with the customer!
