From start to finish Wren Kitchens were just brilliant. The designer in the store Paul was so helpful in the design of our Kitchen. We did change our layout a couple of times and nothing was to much trouble. Delivery was on time as scheduled. The installation was completed on time and to a very high standard thank you Roy for a amazing job. We absolutely love our new Wren Kitchen.

Excellent planning and extremely good ideas that we hadn’t thought of. We used the shops own installer who was so thorough and conscientious. We did have quite a few faulty doors delivered and some damaged cabinets. Replacements were dealt with swiftly and did prolong fitting but we didn’t really have a deadline ourselves. We were pleased with the final result and we have our dream kitchen . Thanks to all the team.

A smooth and efficient customer journey from start to finish. After a little research online, we decided to give Wren Kitchens a try because of how informative and transparent its website was in comparison with other brands. We visited the Reading showroom for an appointment - the display area was very well organized and a pleasure to wander around. Special shoutout to Jasmine, the kitchen designer who helped us out! She was super helpful, competent and patient as we explored different options and built our kitchen design from scratch over the course of 2 hours!! Will update this review after the actual installation, but definitely an amazing first impression.

It has been a great experience with Wren kitchen starting from design, delivery to after sales. The designer, Rishita Adwani, has been outstanding in her service. She has helped to shape our thought process and evolve the choices and design. She never pushed to buy expensive option and always put our priorities first and provided solution to meet our needs. She even followed up with the progress and made sure we have all relevant information. She did an amazing job in designing the kitchen and making herself available "anytime" to listen, understand, advice and change the design. The "Virtual reality" experience was an awesome facility where I could visually see the design and it really helped us to make necessary changes. The delivery was on time, the delivery men were friendly and stored the units nicely in the garage. I didn't go for Wren provided installation services (because our job included lot of building work as well) so can't comment on that. I found out 4 slightly damaged doors. I ordered replacement doors online and was delivered within 3 days. I didn't have to call the customer service. The only thing worth mentioning here is you can order only two times via online. The kitchen has been fitted now and we are extremely happy with the new look. The journey with Wren has been great. Thanks Wren Kitchen Reading team for all your help and support.

We used Wren for a new kitchen. Simon the gentleman that helped us design the kitchen was exceptional. Simon's attention to detail and professionalism were outstanding and made the whole process a breeze. Nothing was too much trouble, despite us changing our minds a couple of times due to the sheer range of kitchens available. The store is huge so please be prepared to change you mind too once you see what's on offer. They are also offering interest free credit for the duration of the loan, very handy in order to free up some extra money for renovations Thank you Simon and Wren or all your hard work.

We have had a fabulous experience with Wren's Reading showroom, and our kitchen designer Simon A was amazing. Choosing a new kitchen seemed a bit overwhelming at first but Simon guided us through it expertly and it soon started to take shape. He was patient, kind and very knowledgeable throughout. We had done our research and looked at five other kitchen companies initially. We chose Wren for a number of reasons - the quality of the products and the impressive choice of styles, colours and finishes available... then there's the stunning show room that really showcases the kitchens and also serves some of the best coffee! We arrived at the Wren store in Reading hoping NOT to get a pushy sales person. I have to say Christian Carcalea was anything but pushy. He listened to our requirements and pointed us in the right direction. He was very thorough in directing us to get the best value for our budget. Christians attention to detail on the planning has meant that we have a well balanced beautiful kitchen. He continued his attentiveness to secure us the delivery date we wanted as we brought it forward contacting the production /delivery side twice to get it as close to our date as possible. Delivery was swift and easy. The packaging meant that no units were damaged in transit. We installed the kitchen ourselves. Instructions were very clear and all the parts were delivered correctly with a few spares. This included some very clever polystyrene blocks to stand the doors on so they didn’t get damaged in the fitting procedure if you needed to take the doors off when fitting wall units. Well done Wren for your excellent service and to Christian for doing an excellent sales job and planning service.

We were very impressed with the whole Wren kitchen experience! The kitchen designer Cristian Carcalea was brilliant; very professional, great product knowledge, made some great design suggestions which we adopted and was not a pushy salesman in any way. The showroom environment is also a nice environment to plan the kitchen and make the many design decisions needed to achieve the right design (in contrary to other suppliers). The Wren product range is enormous with many more colours and options than others. We also discovered that the quality of carcass, drawers etc is better than others - and justifies the slightly higher cost. We were going to go with Howden’s on a cost basis but once we were shown the differences in unit quality by the designer in Wren’s comparison section we were sold (I was ready to rebuff this sales pitch but it turned out to be true!). Once order was placed Wren stuck to its delivery date during Christmas rush, all parts were delivered, delivery and measurement staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and after sales service was brilliant. In particular the plans sent by Wren are very helpful during fitting and warnings in paperwork a useful bug check for potential problems. Wren delivered a couple of carcasses without doors as it didn’t have time to make them and the missing parts were couriered a few days later. I like this approach as it’s compatible with not disrupting kitchen fitters as would happen if delaying delivery and the missing parts are on site by the time the units are fitted anyway. Now the kitchen is installed we’re very impressed. It looks beautiful and I really have no complaints. We went with the Milano which definitely makes fitting more complicated but this is where Wren’s coherent plans and package labelling really help. We sourced worktops from elsewhere to save some money, which I wish we hadn’t. This was the only part of the kitchen we weren’t happy with the finishing and I suspect service provided by Wren’s contractors would have been superior.

I have placed my kitchen units order with Wren Reading via Oliver, who has been very helpful and patient throughout the whole design process. We had to make a few changes due to plan change and measurements and Oliver C has always been patient and provides his professional advice. I am very glad to have Oliver helping me during the process. Also when my order arrived some parts needs replacement and Wren customer service team have been very helpful and efficient putting replacement orders as well. Overall happy experience. Thank you.

Having never bought a kitchen before I went to a number of kitchen suppliers like B&Q, Magnet and Wren. I quite liked the Wren showroom's comparison of how their cabinets differ from their competitors. The staff were very no pressure sales people which I appreciated. Wren also provide a measuring and basic design service which was more detailed than the B&Q offering despite B&Q charging me £50 for the visit. I had decided to go with an independent installer of kitchens and he suggested Wren as well and that clinched it. My kitchen designer was very thorough in making sure my kitchen was precisely how I wanted it and I was happy with his support. The one negative from the whole process was that I had requested a specific day for the delivery of my kitchen but by the time I had made the payment that date was not available. I would have been happy to pay earlier to secure that date but relied on the guidance of Wren. However once I had changed the appointment of my installer and electrician to accommodate the new kitchen delivery date I was kept informed of my delivery and Wren arrived on the date and time provided. More importantly the kitchen delivered was exactly to spec with no errors or manufacturing faults. I can't comment on the quality of the customer service should a fault develop but my cabinets seem very good quality so I hope I never hope to make use of the Wren warranty. Overall a very good company to deal with and I would use them again.

Oliver Cox guided us through the design process for our kitchen and we couldn't be happier. Our space is somewhat quirky but his design ideas were perfect and aesthetically he nailed it. Great job. Furthermore the staff at Wren including Oliver were both friendly and extremely helpful but without being pushy. We had to have our kitchen re-fitted sooner than planned as we had a leak in our upstairs bathroom. We dealt with a lovely designer called Cristian, who couldn’t have been more helpful. He designed our kitchen to our budget and even managed to add a pull out tall larder unit, which we could only dream about with our budget. Despite our kitchen was a rather economical project, we felt we got such lovely service and real value for money with 20 years guarantee . 3 years interest free credit was a life saver since we were not ready for this purchase . Wren are an amazing kitchen company which take really good care of their customers. From the moment I stepped foot in my local Wren store I was extremely pleased at how well organised and accommodating they were. Every little detail is carefully planned and there is constant communication which is very important. My kitchen looks exactly as the 3D images created by my designer which is very reassuring and gives me the confidence to use them again in the future should I decide to undertake another kitchen project. We had a great experience at all stages of buying our kitchen. Mara, our designer was fantastic and really knew how to get us the best bang for our buck. The surveyor Dean, was fantastic and really knew his stuff as he's worked in all departments at Wren. Delivery went smoothly and only a few items had knocks and scuffs on them, which Wren sent replacements for within days. There's nothing really that I'd change, other than to say shop around for worktops - although Wren's are lovely and great quality, they are pricey. We had a really strict budget, so it paid for have a look around. Would definitely buy from them again!

Just completed our Wren Kitchen and am extremely pleased with it. We found the whole experience with Wren first class. The design process was very good with ample time to review and change things as required. The delivery process was excellent with regular updates as to when the units would arrive, the units being very well packed and marked according to the plan which made finding things simple, this process has been well thought out. The quality of the units is very good with our installer (who had not previously installed a Wren kitchen) commenting that they were the best quality units that they had fitted, Infinity plus range. One unit was marked as being the right size however it was the wrong size, the response from Wren was very good and delivered the correct unit promptly, first class service. To sum up we had heard a few things about Wren that gave us some reservations however our whole experience has been very good. I definately would recommend them and use them again. End result we have a new dream kitchen which we are extremely pleased with.

The experience of dealing with Wren to design and order our new kitchen was a very easy and straight-forward experience. Our kitchen designer, Akvile, could not have been more helpful. We made numerous changes to the design throughout the process but Akvile was extremely patient and made some great suggestions that we ended up incorporating into the design. The price of the kitchen was very competitive and the look we have achieved for the price we paid was fantastic. Post sales support was excellent so I feel confident should any problems arise in the future they will be dealt with quickly and satisfactorily. I have fitted several Wren kitchens for friends and found them very well built and easy to install. When it came to choosing our own kitchen, we were very indecisive regarding finishes and layouts and changed the whole design several times. Throughout the process, Cristian Carcalea was extremely helpful and patient with us. Once we made the decision, the large number of kitchen units were delivered rapidly and exactly as ordered. I must say I am very pleased with the whole process. I managed to get a last minute free home measure after a quick chat with a designer called Cristian in Reading store. There was no hard sell etc , and was back in store for our design appointment in a couple of days. PS my fitter mentioned that Wren kitchens units always come well packaged in a protective packaging . Aftercare was amazing too as one of the doors had a scratch . The Wren Kitchens showroom is definitely large, but it’s still welcoming. We were greeted at the front door. The first visit was exciting as there were so many different types and styles of kitchen to see and imagine what kind of home they might be installed in. Luckily we knew some of the key things that we did and didn’t want so we could stay focussed. I even had a sketchy plan with me. Then we had to speak to someone to find out more... I was preparing myself for the usual sales patter, but it didn’t arrive. Instead we were gently guided through our choices and given suggestions where needed. We weren’t rushed, and it was clear that they really wanted us to be happy with our new kitchen - and that they took pride in doing a good job. The fitting went smoothly (with their fitters) - but if it hadn’t I was confident it would have been sorted out without hassle.

Could not be more pleased with the whole experience of Wren Kitchens. From the beginning with our first visit to the Reading showroom to the final fitting, all staff were helpful, friendly and genuinely seemed determined to find the best solution to our requirements. The fitter allocated by Wren was absolutely superb and we have already recommended him to friends. He came to do our pre-fit measure up, made some suggestions about how we might get a better finish, then returned to fit the units within 2 days. Just a fabulous outcome. We also purchased our worktops from Wren with J Rotherham, and the finish of our granite surfaces is excellent. Took a little longer to receive the worktop than we would have hoped and was originally suggested, but now it is in place we are very happy indeed. All in all, we are delighted we chose Wren and would happily do so again.

Very happy with my kitchen and the service from Wren in Reading. The salesman (Christopher Duncan) was attentive and friendly and I love the kitchen he designed for me. There were a few items with damage but replacements were sent without issue. My fitter was very impressed with the quality and my quartz work surface and upstands are beautiful. Excellent showroom --showing lots of possible designs . Cash was very helpful in showing us different options , then post design visit we were able to view our new kitchen in a virtual 3D room which was very helpful . Our fitter was excellent and we are really pleased with the completed kitchen . The only negative ..hence the 4 stars ..were the worktop fitters . They were really hard to communicate with , didn't give any option on dates , and when they turned up to measure arrived over an hour late , with no explanation . Wren ask the customer to liase with Rotherams the work top fitters re dates etc .. but in reality you have to chase Rotherhams , no calls returned , phones not answered and you are told to accept date they provide or go to back of list and delay your fitting by a couple of weeks . I think this could be resolved by Wren owning this liason point . Other than this a very positive experience and delighted with our new kitchen .

Couldn't be happier with our kitchen. We have quite an awkward shaped kitchen which was always going to be a challenge. Then we met Cristian, what an absolute breath of fresh air!! Never once felt under pressure and I must say that he came up with a great plan for our new kitchen. Nothing was too much trouble and Cristian, along with several of his colleagues, has been ace from start to finish. We had one or two problems with deliveries but these were soon rectified. I had a wren kitchen fitted on 24/6/2019 and have to say that the quality of the kitchen and the customer service was excellent,from the design with Barry Beech where nothing was too much trouble i used my own kitchen fitter and so cannot comment on wrens own fitters,i would have given 5 stars but for the fact that i was mucked about by worktop manufacturers J Rotherham,the worktops were great but a week late .
