R. M.I recently had a kitchen refit undertaken by Unique. From start to finish they were everything you could ever ask for. My initial visit was with Steve, he is very knowledgeable and gave us some excellent advice in relation to what we could and couldn't do and what would look best in our kitchen. He then arranged to come back with some samples and showed us the various options of flooring, sink, tap, doors etc. we made our decisions and he arranged for us to receive some samples of what we had chosen in the post.
The fitting date was set and Steve stayed in touch to make sure everything was OK and even called the day before to make final arrangements. The fitters arrived as planned and completed the works exactly within the time frame we discussed. They cleaned up every night and left us with as much of a functioning kitchen as possible taking into account what they had done that day and were planning on doing the next day.
On the final day Steve and his Co-Director Rob came and finished off the job, cleaned up and checked we were happy with everything before they left. We're genuinely delighted with the whole experience and the result and I can wholeheartedly recommend Unique to anyone who is looking for a new or revamped kitchen or bathroom
