Had a very good experience with Optiplan - for the second time (they also did the kitchen in our previous house). They were flexible, reliable when it came to timescales and the fitter was absolutely outstanding - very high quality cabinets and fitting and they obviously take great pride in both their kitchens and the fitting. We love our new kitchen, and it has become the hub of the house! We have already recommended to a neighbour and if we move house and need a new kitchen Optiplan will be the first port of call!

Optiplan provided an excellent design service offering ideas and style that we had been unable to find with a mainstream supplier. We received a very friendly and helpful service throughout. Richard the designer was very good at interpreting and combining our family's different tastes into a kitchen that we all love. Jill the Surveyor was meticulous in making sure all dimensions and details were correct before manufacture. Darren and Martin our fitters were true, old-school craftsmen who hand-finished everything to an excellent level of precision. We are very pleased with our new kitchen and would not hesitate to recommend Optiplan to anyone wanting a hand-crafted bespoke-designed kitchen for a reasonable price.

We were very pleased with the whole service for our new kitchen from Optiplan. The initial design consultations were very helpful, and there was a good degree of flexibility as small changes were required before final sign off. The detailed measurements were very accurate and the installation process went very smoothly. Excellent value for money.

The teams that fitted our kitchen ie kitchen, worktop, and splash back fitters all did a very professional job and were very friendly and tidy in their work. The kitchen fitters adapted and changed things to fit, as in where the stairs comes into the ceiling, the cupboards there, had to be adapted slightly but asked our permission all the way and were happy to do the extra work. The colour we chose was Blue Metallic with Titanium inside. The Island is light grey, The splash back is light grey glass and the worktop is Arctic White with sparkly bits in and looks really nice when the sun shines on it. The colours really compliment each other and we are very pleased with it all. We would highly recommend choosing to have your kitchen made by Optiplan.

I had a complete new kitchen surveyed, designed, fabricated and installed by Optiplan . The full process took 8 weeks and was completed in March 2019. Everything went well and installers were courteous and efficient. It was not cheap. But if I had wanted cheap, i would have gone to Wrens!

Richard designed our kitchen to the highest standard. He had fantastic ideas for how to make the most of the space that we had and create the best storage options. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and Optiplan to anyone wanting a kitchen transformation.
