From the design, to our inevitable changes, to the delivery, everything ran very smoothly. And when we found out that we did not have enough cornice rail ordered, and a decor end short, no problem, these were supplied free of charge. Excellent after care service you just do not see every day. We have had the kitchen now for a few months, and are really pleased with the quality and look. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

We have had a superb experience with Wren Kitchens. We developed a great rapport with our designer, Adam Sargeant at the Warrington branch, who guided us through the process from start to finish. Adam was so helpful and knowledgeable of the products which made selecting what we wanted a total pleasure. We made numerous amendments to our kitchen design and nothing was too much trouble for him, he is a credit to the company. Thank you Adam! The delivery was on time and very efficient. Everything was unloaded perfectly by two very polite and hardworking young men. We used an independent fitter, but even they commented to say they love fitting Wren Kitchens. We are so happy with the quality of everything and are so pleased with our new kitchen. 10/10!

I loved the showroom which was well designed and I was given the space to walk around and browse as I had an appointment with a designer. Thomas was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient (I changed my mind on detail a couple of times). The kitchen was delivered on time and the quality is excellent (Infinity range). When my fitter noticed an issue with the cornice, Wren were responsive and replaced it immediately. I would have no hesitation in recommending Wren; I love my new kitchen!!!

All in all good service. Arrived on time, a few damaged items however replacements ordered via app and arrived as promised. A few design issues - designer placed drawers under sink which wouldn’t fit and a wall unit too low over tap however their mistakes were rectified and replacements sent. We are delighted with the overall kitchen!

Our experience of Wren Kitchens has been nothing but positive from start to finish. The salesman Francis was both accommodating, knowledgeable and really helpful with no sales pitch agenda during our initial visit to design the kitchen we wanted. He listened to what we wanted and designed a really affordable kitchen best suited to our needs. We had our 3 year old daughter with us during our visit but she was able to play with toys to help keep her occupied whilst we worked with Francis on our design. The Virtual Reality headset facility to help visualise our kitchen as though we were actually standing in it was an excellent feature and really helped us ensure the design would work for us. After placing our order we required an additional item adding on which Francis dealt with no fuss whatsoever and was able to get it onto our delivery at no extra cost. The delivery team when delivering the kitchen units and appliances were on time with a telephone call to let us know when they were nearby. I would recommend anyone looking for a kitchen to buy from Wren, as their service is absolutely superb, competitively priced with great quality.

The kitchen designer named Dan really helped me choose my perfect kitchen. I wanted an island but thought my kitchen would be too small to fit on but when Dan sent me the virtual design I instantly fell in love with it. The quality is amazing and just a change to your Kitchen really does change your life, so much easier to clean and I enjoy cooking in it so much more now. Would definitely recommend Wren and would recommend Dan to design the kitchen for you.

Purchased a new kitchen from here, and what an easy comfortable place this is. Kelly the sales and our planner was 2nd to none, did everything we wanted and beyond. And the kitchen was easy to fit and ALL parts was delivered. All in all a 120% service.

Our initial kitchen designer wasn't particularly competent and after a number of issues and mistakes we asked for him to be changed. We were then looked after by Dan Hulse at the Warrington branch, who completely turned around our experience. He was knowledgeable and clever with his design ideas, he was efficient and always available when we needed to discuss changes. From that point on everything has been excellent, our fitters were brilliant and the aftercare we have received so far has been great. I would 100% recommend Wren to my friends and family.

I went into the Warrington branch with some details of my old kitchen and how I would like my new one . We were looked after by Ryan Epps who I couldn't thank him enough he was so helpful and Elouise who designed my kitchen for me , such a lovely and friendly young lady even on her days off she text or emailed to keep me updated, both of them I would recommend to anyone to ask for them if possible. I had a fault with one of my worktops , spoke to Ryan sent a couple of photos and within 2 weeks I got a brand new one . The customer service we got was brilliant

From initial meeting with Dom Carden we couldn't have asked for more. His expertise with suggestions from conception to final design were 1st class. Nothing was too much trouble, he took great care to understand our requirements whilst ensuring maximum kitchen efficiency with placement of design. We were lucky enough to be given Cobi the designer based at Wren Warrington. Cobi was fantastic and listened to exactly what we wanted and didn't make us feel forced into buying. Cobi happily tweaked the design a couple of times before we set a date for delivery. The kitchen was delivered on time, well packaged and apart from a couple of marks on the door fronts (which were replaced very quickly) everything was perfect. The delivery men were really helpful and friendly too. My husband fitted the kitchen himself, having never fit a kitchen before he said it was pretty straightforward. All units came built and with installation instructions and videos also available online. Customer services were really helpful too and quick to answer the phone when I called up to arrange a replacement drawer front due to our original one having a mark on the front. We were really pleased with Wren and would happily recommend to anyone

Great experience Not ordered a new kitchen before and didn’t realise how many decisions you need to make. I found that it can be an overwhelming experience. I chose to go to Wren from recommendation from a friend and I have to say I thought they were excellent. Our designer Dan Hulse from the Warrington branch was very informative, very patient and did give different suggestions and ideas meaning that it made the experience much more enjoyable. We even managed to see our kitchen through the virtual reality headset which was fab. The run up to the delivery was great and were in regular contact with me. We just had an issue regarding the late delivery of the fridge freezer but I contacted Wren to say I would get one from somewhere else and I got a refund back no problem. Overall I had a really pleasant experience with Wren and would recommend them. I now look forward to sitting in my dream kitchen. Just need to sort the flooring!

I recently purchased a kitchen and initially I didn't know how much kitchens cost. My designer, Cobi, guided me to the right kitchen for my budget. He was very attentive for every request I had. After I purchased my kitchen Cobi repriced my kitchen in a flash sale, and saved me an extra £300 off my kitchen, making sure I didn’t miss out on any new deals that become available even after my order was placed. I had quotes from other kitchen companies but these were so much more and Wren was the best price and much better quality! When the kitchen was delivered we had a tiny scratch on one of the doors. This was replaced promptly with in a week. They are so easy to clip the door off the hinge.

All the staff from the salesman the kitchen surveyor and the delivery staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. The selection of the kitchen was made easy with the advice given and then the finer detail was worked out on the computer Programme. Nothing was too much trouble and we were very pleased with the final design. After placing the order we were contacted regularly with updates and the delivery arrived exactly as promised. The ability to track the delivery Larry was especially useful. The kitchen arrived exactly as promised and looks excellent. Would not hesitate in recommending Wren from a quality product and excellent level of service.

Brilliant from Start to finish. Showroom is beautiful + Sales people are very helpful + knowledgeable , no pressure on you at all.we were kept up to date with everything along the way. We went everywhere else looking for a kitchen but wren outshone them all. Wasn't the cheapest - but the quality is fantastic. Could not be happier. We fitted the kitchen ourselves so cannot comment on fitting service. UPDATE - MARCH 2019 - not had a single problem with anything at all. Kitchen looks as beautiful as the day bought. Hinges on cupboards are perfect- no problems etc. Drawers worked perfectly. Cupboards clean perfectly with no adverse effects. I have 4 children who are not exactly careful + my youngest swings on the doors + never had an issue. Highly recommended 👌

The heritage alone of being a UK manufacturer grabbed my attention. The infinity range pebble j pull door was what I ordered with quartz worktops. Fitted by the company Inc new appliances for under 10k👀. In regards to the management team Matt & Scott couldn't do more for you! Cracking guys! Kitchen is now in and we are over the moon!! Order NO 30177930 Wren kitchens were 1st rate from start to finish. The experience with Mike in the store was extremely helpful, especially being able to see the standard of the competitors cupboard carcasses. Seeing the design on the screen was helpful. After agreement, the Wren surveyor came to the house and the design was agreed. The next step was a visit from the fitters, Jason and Alan Williams, who confirmed the design and we also discussed any remedial work that was necessary. We then received a quote from them and also agreed the design with Wren. The delivery of the kitchen was on time and we agreed on the start date. From the start of the job, through to the finish, we were extremely pleased with the quality of the kitchen and the expertise of the fitters. On completion, Wren arranged for all waste to be collected. We now have a superb kitchen.

Wren were very pleasant and helpful in the shop but had a few problems where we had to call them, then wait for management to call us back who clearly don't see the importance of this, we feel once your order has been processed, they couldn't care less. Again, staff in shop couldn't do enough for you.

Our installer did a great job and had great contacts for electrics and tiling. We had a couple of small problems along the way but the Wren customer support team were really helpful and everything was resolved quickly. We really like our new kitchen.

Wren Infinity Range - order number 31439399 We ordered a large high gloss white J-pull kitchen (Infinity range) from the Warrington branch having designed the kitchen with Scott. Scott was very helpful and created a kitchen design that looked great. The delivery arrived on time although one of the boxes was damaged. Upon inspection, the 3 doors for the integrated appliances contained within the box were damaged (chipped). The delivery men were very helpful and reported the fault whilst at our house and I arranged for replacement doors to be delivered (arrived a few days later). The kitchen has been fitted and looks fantastic. If it wasn't for the one damaged box I would have awarded 5 stars. I would recommend Wren to others.

Absolutely love the kitchen, the fitter where excellent and professional. The draw back was it took 3 weeks to fit the kitchen due to me ordering quartz worktops. I was informed on ordering that it would take 2 weeks to complete. Buyer be aware it’s double that time. I also raised a complaint as the supplier that fits the quartz tops cancelled at the very last minute on the initial scheduled date for fit. This did cause some upset as I didn’t have a hob or worktops whilst waiting for the kitchen to be finished.

My experience with Wren was positive. I had a few meetings with my designer to design and finalise my kitchen which were informal and constructive. The delivery of the kitchen was totally stress free and well organised. I had my builder fit the kitchen and there were a couple of issues in terms of having to tweak plinths, etc but once in it looks fantastic! There were a lot of left over/extra bits that I’m unsure what to do with but after living with the kitchen for 6 months it proving very practical and good quality. A bit disappointed that there’s been no follow up from Wren, but all in all I’m very pleased.

From the first visit to the Warrington showroom at Wren we had a positive experience. Looked around the store was given a pen, booklet and a piece of paper to jot down things we liked. Didn’t get hassled and looked slowly at everything when we finished someone came to us and asked did we need anything. We asked could we come and have a chat with someone and he booked us in. We came back on our appointment and met a lady who was a breath of fresh air she went through everything and we decided yes we was going ahead with a brand new kitchen. She explained someone would come out and measure then someone else will check the measurements and they will be in touch with txt messages and phone calls. She was right couldn’t fault wrens communication was kept up to date with everything fantastic service right through to the fitters who was amazing and couldn’t do enough for us. Really happy with everything from start to finish 100% satisfied customers.

An enormous range of kitchens and a great showroom to showcase them. A slick machine to sell kitchens, but a good service including a design visit. In the end we found cheaper comparable units, but the package was still very well put together and tempting. A definite contender for that better kitchen
