T. A.Contacted the Knaphill branch to discuss fitting a new kitchen and spoke with James. Right from the get go James was really easy to deal with and extremely helpful. Had two lengthy chats in terms of the initial kitchen design, James had a lot of knowledge about cabinetry which i was impressed with, i told him my budget and he worked around it. All throughout there was no sales pressure which i have experienced from other high street kitchen fitters. James offered to send some cabinet samples, all in all had a very good experience compared to the the other kitchen fitters I approached. Looking forward to getting my kitchen fitted in the new year.
L. H.James was so helpful throughout the entire process of planning our dream kitchen. He is endlessly patient with the many questions and detail-oriented so that we know every last thing will be just as we want it. He is knowledgable and helpful without being pushy, we are so pleased to have worked with him through the project. He has also been accommodating and flexible to keep things moving forward even through lockdown by liaising remotely which is much appreciated.
P. B.James has been our contact throughout the order process and even with the delay due to lock down has been in communication, assisted and advised us with our multiple changes that inevitably happens.
My wife and I want to personally thank James for his support in getting us to the position to order our new kitchen.
Now on to the install, hopefully all will go smoothly and I can update the review further.

B. G.Excellent products but limited space for exhibiting choice but catalogues available free. Top end kitchens but not cheap. Prices reflect the quality. Staff not pushy and happy to allow you to browse at lesiure.
