G. D.I recently hired Rowpire to help stage my property, a 2 bed Victorian Terrace, which had been rented to tenants for the past 4 years. Before Rowpire worked their magic the house had been on the market for around 6 months with many viewings but no offers.
Sara couldn’t have been more helpful to deal with, waiting for the tenants to move out was a long process and our comms was great throughout, which really put me at ease as it’s the first time I’ve ever used a staging company.
We were so pleased with the results, the house looked simply beautiful, almost unrecognisable from before. All of the furniture used was of a very high quality and showed the house at its best.
The house went back on the market and I received an asking price offer a few weeks later - the buyers also asked if it was possible to purchase some of the items!

After recently getting probate I was wanting to get my mums house ready for sale as soon as possible, but didn’t know where to start due to so much clutter! Rowpire came to the rescue! After an initial consultation they told me what they proposed to do to help. Two days later I left them to do their magic and I wasn’t disappointed! I was overcome with emotion at one stage when I saw how they had completely transformed the house, making it look so much bigger and so tidy with subtle finishing touches.
