The whole experience with WREN KITCHENS has been amazing. Declan in the store was such a great help. I told him what I wanted in my new kitchen and he designed the fantastic kitchen I have now. Nothing was too much trouble for him. The fitters I must say were absolutely brilliant. Again nothing was too much trouble and the kitchen that I have is SPECTACULAR I absolutely love it.

The worthing branch was amazing, Rachel our designer was very professional and nothing was to much hassle. No pressure to sign on the dotted line, she explained lots of different options to us. The delivery was on time and during first lockdown. Fridge freezer was delayed but they quickly gave us the option of a new model or a refund to ensure we were not without this item for long. We did have a couple of damaged doors these were replaced quickly using the app. The kitchen looks amazing and we always get so many lovely comments from people. Would highly recommend worthing branch and wren kitchens.

From design through to delivery the service was excellent. The designer spent a lot of effort achieving exactly what we wanted. Even when it was not possible, she came up with even better alternatives. Delivery was exactly as planned and our installers were amazed at how well everything fitted. We are delighted with our new kitchen.

Wren are very helpful until you’ve signed on the dotted line. Make sure you check your order and question anything that doesn’t make sense. Very abbreviated descriptions. You will not be able to return anything you didn’t want for a refund. We like their kitchens and choice of units. Although always look elsewhere for worktops, sinks, white goods & other appliances, as their mark up is astronomical. Also be prepared for long waits on their phone lines, if they pick up at all! They have an app but you can’t do everything on this. We had an issue with a larder cupboard that had to be flat packed due to height of our hallway ceiling. We didn’t receive all the correct baskets for it. We had to send numerous photos and had to make numerous calls to fight for the right ones to be sent out. I also think it’s so wasteful that they don’t take back wrongly sent items that have nothing wrong with them. They just want you to dispose of them. We were sent a navy door instead of a white one! Wrong size baskets, wrong pan drawer attachments etc…

Fantastic service, from our first trip into their showroom in Worthing until delivery, we used our own fitters as didn’t want to wait until theirs was available. They have a fantastic app that you can download and any problems with any of the parts etc, it’s easy to report it and order replacement parts etc. they couldn’t make it any easier. Fantastic quality and service, and buy when they have a sale on and you save a fortune too 😀

I wasn't expecting it but it was a very good experience, the cad system they use to plan your kitchen is excellent, the sales lady we met was very experienced and helpful. As for the prices, we'll if you want a good kitchen expect to pay high prices or you could save heaps of money by making your own out of pallets.

I have to say I had an amazing experiance with Wren kitchens (Worthing) from their design team right through to their Installation. Ali from the design team came up with a kitchen plan that blew my mind, it was perfect for the new space in our extension and really made it come to life with the 3d designs. Wrens delivery team were second to none - during a global pandemic, they adhered to the highest PPE standards and distancing and was really impressed by them. Installation was good - their team (3rd party contractor) were polite and worked hard to get the kitchen complete on. Overall, I would highly recommend Wren (Worthing) and they took the pain out of doing a kitchen/

From walking in to store this was the perfect place to get my new kitchen. Helpful, patient, informative staff. Designing was easy once we had made our choice.. Even with some walls still to be knocked down the measurements were spot on. Delivery was perfect, on time, well packaged and delivered by a great team. The staff at Wren were happy to help and knowledgeable. Our kitchen was designed after the designer listened to our ideas and plans. The 3D system was excellent and helped us alter and modify our ideas. Wren matched our closest competitor on a price that we were happy with. Delivery took slightly longer than expected but the chaps were efficient and friendly. Any damaged items were replaced quickly and without argument. Wren’s fitters appeared expensive so we used a tradesman. Our carpenter confirmed how easy it was to fit the Wren kitchen and commented on its quality. We are very pleased with the fit and quality of the kitchen. I’ve recently recommended Wren to my Dad who’s also bought a new kitchen.

We had a great experience when buying a new Kitchen from Wren. We hadn't heard of them before but their Showroom was beautiful and they have so much more choice than we had seen anywhere else. Our Designer certainly gave us some new ideas we had not even considered or been offered anywhere else and we chose to have their installation service. The delivery arrived on time with the fitter was great. Thank you for Thomas and Paul for helping us with our dream kitchen. My wife is over the moon and although we had two items that needed the be replaced they arrived very quickly via courier within days. I will certainly recommend them in the future.

I must say - what a great place! Very impressive showroom with some amazing kitchen arrangements. Very inspirational. The staff there are very friendly, knowledgeable, and make the experience feel special. After looking at all the ideas downstairs you move upstairs where they have booths with comfy sofas and gaming corners for kids. You even get a coffee. The designers have lovely, big screens to show you your new kitchen. All in all it is a shame that my new kitchen will last so long because I really fancy doing the whole thing again. Top notch experience!

The staff are very helpful, friendly and explained everything very well. We were offered a hot/cold drink while we were there, and they even had entertainment stations for the kids to keep them happy. Rachel from the Worthing branch, was our kitchen designer, who couldn't help us enough and gave good advice without any pressure. We are looking forward to the kitchen being fitted.

Great service from start to finish... nice showroom with a lot of styles to look at . Our designer, Gail C, was very knowledgable and friendly... we built a good relationship with her and we were not afraid to say exactly what we wanted, which Gail accommodated perfectly. The fitter was also friendly and helpful, so much so that we have become friends! We are very happy with our new kitchen- it has been transformed from ugly kitchen to beautiful kitchen.

Unfortunately I had a new designer that obviously needed help to plan my kitchen. I have been informed she has since left Wrens but she left us we a few problems. Her design included decrotive end panels that we didn't require and stainless steel legs that were hidden by kickboards anyway. I complained to customer services and included photos proving that they were not required. I was very impressed with customer services as within a couple of days they refunded me the money into my bank account for the mistakes she had made. Very impressed with the quality of the kitchen though can't say the same about the designer.

Felt very welcomed in store by all staff, plenty of time dedicated to us to design and tweak the kitchen, prices were very competitive, delivery as advised, delivery staff friendly and helpful. One door was slightly damaged upon delivery but replaced quickly and without fuss. Overall highly recommended.

Can’t Fault Them... Very Good Experience I’d heard mainly good things about Wren but enough not so good reviews to make me a little nervous. I needn’t have worried, they have been brilliant. First of all Bradley my designer was so helpful I really don’t think I could have done it without him. He guided me throughout and never complained when I changed my mind a couple of times. He had some great ideas and I think we made a good team. I could even take my dog with me to help make some choices and he was provided with a bowl of water 🙂 Wren delivered the kitchen early one morning on time and it was still dark. I still didn’t have any lighting in the property but they managed with some miner type lamps on their heads. My entrance is very narrow but they cleverly managed to get everything in. Only minor problem was one handle was broken but I called Wren and I had a new one two days later. I feel they were let down slightly by the company they use for the stone worktops, they have taken way too long to make it and it has delayed us somewhat. I will highly recommend Wren and if you go to the Worthing showroom ask for Bradley, you won’t be sorry.

As I have been asked for a review of Wren kitchens I would say it looks great from a distance! I am very pleased with the actual kitchen but part of the profile wasn’t received.The profile that was received was not put in correctly, it was just glued.One side of a cupboard was slightly damaged & sink not sealed.Cupboards not very in alignment & latest fitter has said ‘lovely kitchen but shocking how it was left’.Fridge not put in properly either.One lamp of cooker hob not in proper place, down on one side.

First off - ultimately, we have chosen not to get a Wren kitchen. We found the selection to be rather 'samey' and not quite what we were looking for. One feature I did really like (except the lovely, but garishly yellow, pizza oven!) was the built-up bare units to enable an easy comparison between different manufacturers - this helped us to eliminate some manufacturers based on their unit drawer sliders (for example). We weren't approached by any staff during either of our two visits here, and we weren't even acknowledged on our way out on one trip; ironically, these were two times I would've engaged a sales person! :D

Very professional organisation from planning through to final delivery.Wren Worthing have the most comprehensive showroom l have ever seen,it is very well laid out and gives a clear representation of their kitchen ranges. The kitchen planner Gail who we had two long meeting with is very experienced and was a great help with our decision making on design to maximise units to fit into our quite small kitchen without making it look cluttered. I had to twice ask Wren to delay delivery due to trades delays and they were happy to help with this.Once final delivery date was given they delivered on time.Every unit was pre made which saved time and quality was excellent even though our kitchen was at the cheaper end of the price spectrum. It was installed without problem,everything we needed was supplied on initial delivery and the final result is a very nice looking kitchen. I feel confident to put my name to this recommendation to use Wren based on my positive experience with them.

Amazing selection of kitchens and unlike B&Q or Homebase they have different sizes of their units to fit all spaces. A glass of prosecco whilst you chat with their designers too ! They claim to be better quality and cheaper than their counterparts and their units come fully assembled not in flat packs. +25 year guarantee - sounds good
