Ordered a blue Hirsch Jumper strap at noon and it arrived by standard post the very next day! Strap is of good quality and as described. Communication via email was also swiftly answered. Only problem is that the strap I wanted only came in L size, is still a bit too long for my small wrist, and so I've gotta punch a hole on my own! Would be better if straps came in smaller sizes but I guess that's on Hirsch and not watchobsession.

I bought a Hirsch Rally strap for my daily wear Tudor Blackshield to preserve my original rubber strap and deployment clasp. My watch has a sports design but I didn't want one of the modern day carbon effect straps, the Rally is available in natural black leather with red lined piercing and partial red stitching, and as I wanted to keep the original black and red theme I did not want a silver buckle, this strap was available with PVD buckle so everythingh I wanted, and at a very good price. I have used Hirsch straps before, and this one was no exception to the quality I previously enjoyed, well made, faultless stitching, immediately comfortable and moulded to my wrist with no break in required. My order from Watchobsession went without problems, ordered Thursday evening, delivered Monday, great price, great quality, great service, thank you.

I bought a Hirsch Liberty Strap from WO. The strap is really very good in quality and aesthetic. If you are debating as whether you want to spend £50 on a Hirsch Liberty or £25 on some lesser alternative, then do yourself a favour and buy the Hirsch. It is so much better than the lookalikes which cost half the price. As for WO they have a great range of straps, their staff have been polite and helpful when phoned. However, having bought two straps in the past weeks, I would say that their delivery/ distribution network needs an upgrade. On both occasions’ delivery time was a week. I have purchased three Hirsch leather watch straps over recent months from WatchObsession. Whilst the straps themselves are not cheap, they are of excellent quality with faultless fittings. The service from WatchObsession has been superb.

I purchased a strap which came with a buckle. The day I received the order I was excited to mount it on my bell & ross. Come to find out the hardware brand new from watch obsession was tapped incorrectly to the screw bar thread. Rendering the buckle useless. Sent an email to Watch Obsession to notify them the threads were bad on the buckle. No response. Send a 2nd email 10 days later and get a response from Gary. Clarified that the buckle was the only issue and would send a replacement. Here we are months later and no buckle. EDIT: I would like to follow-up with this review. I was made aware that Watch Obsession is under new management and my order was around that transition. I was promptly contacted by them and my initial issue was handled immediately. I have relief and confidence to continue to shop and support Watch Obsession and appreciate the immediate attention by Matthew once he became aware of my problem. Thank you again! Chris
