I ordered a necklace and a week later my mum ordered a necklace through this company both to include my late father's ashes. They recognised this and instead of asking us separately to send ashes we only had to them once. They updated us every step of the way - when they received the ashes, when the necklaces were being made and when they were being sent to us. It was very reassuring and the craftsmanship was amazing. My mother and I love our necklaces and they came in a lovely box with great instructions on how to look after them. I would definitely recommend this company.

This week I received my keepsake locket containing the ashes of my beloved cat George, who sadly passed in August. I searched all over the internet for the right piece to commemorate him, and I stumbled on Footprints & Whispers. Their selection is lovely. Their website is well laid out. I am so pleased with how they've handled every step of the journey, from initial ordering to the follow-ups. They've been kind and compassionate and very responsive. They even took care to send the unused ashes back to me in a little velvet bag, safe and secure. I love the locket, and I love that they took such care. Thank you so very much for this. Until my beautiful ring arrived containing my mums ashes, I wasn't sure I had done the right thing. I was certain it would make me sad ! Totally the opposite, the emotion attached to it and the love, I absolutely know now I made the right and most perfect choice. 3 stones for "Mum" her favorite colour, she loved her jewelry, how could I have doubted myself. Don't skimp on your choice, it is a one off individual piece of craftmanship, and if you are able, don't settle for a compromise to save a few pounds.. make it your own, as it is with you always. I would not hesitate in using F&W in the future and would strongly advise anyone you do not need to look any further as F&W is most certainly the best.. We sadly lost our son shortly after his birth in December last year.
