Lovely gifts to take home from Belfast!! My wife and I bought quite a few items for the family as a souvenir, fridge magnets etc, also some fudge!! There were many other item's to choose from and the prices were quite reasonable. Staff were very helpful and friendly and I would definitely recommend a visit here.

As gift/souvenir shops go, this is how it should be done. There is something for everyone and everyone's budget. There is so much to browse allow at least half an hour for a proper look. Traditional Irish music/songs playing as you browse. Lyrics for which had me in fits of giggles as I shopped. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Carroll's is a great place for buying everything that a tourist would identify with Ireland, from small tie pins to rugby shirts and everything in-between. You can spend a fair amount of time in the shop and there's something for everyone. Prices are reasonable and service is ok. Store is well laid out.

they surchage you 10 %of your total purchase under the vat tax, tell you that you can get a vat refund but don't disclose they impose the surcharge which they keep. Plus they've got most of the tour guides sending everybody their way. The prices aren't that good when you factor the extra money. I found the same prices at small shops and you didn't have to pay the surcharge. You just have to be more careful about looking around.
