Wonderful shop. I was eyeing up one of the gents watches they had in stock and purchased it today. The price match service they offer is excellent. The staff are very friendly and couldn't be more helpful. I had two links taken out in no time at all. The whole process of buying a watch was seamless. My Husband who is disabled and in a wheelchair and myself went on a specially arranged 52 mile round trip today to Belfast to the Fossil shop were we made several purchases. I could not recommend the staff enough. The entire staff were so helpful and considerate of our needs. Nothing was to much trouble This was our second visit and I'm sure it won't be long until there is a third. Great shopping experience and thank you to all.

Excellent staff and service. Very quick to change a watch battery and they never mess it up. Also friendly and helpful while you look at watches and try them on. Much better watch service than Goldsmiths, and Fossil products are reasonably priced.

Still do, but in many ways neither of my Fossil watches have performed as well as my old Sony did before its strap broke.. Why would I recommend Fossil then? The service.
