I bought my fiancee an emerald engagement ring with Gordon House and the service throughout was excellent. The choice of gemstones outside of the usual diamond offerings was very good and compared to the bigger named jewellers in town the prices were very reasonable. I would highly recommend.

My go to for watch batteries. Not only are they the most reasonably priced in town but they know what they are doing and will tackle even more difficult jobs like watches with ceramic straps. Also this is where my stunning engagement ring came from. Also they are just lovely guys!

Had an unfixable wedding ring according to several jewellers I phoned. It is made of tungsten and broke in half days after getting married. Brought it to these guys, and they took on the challenge and got it put back together far better than I could ever have expected. Geoff and Richard were very attentive with our request to source the diamond that we wanted. They found the perfect stone and then had a lot of patience for the setting choices. They even ordered in different mounts to give us a better idea of the finish. The waiting time for the bespoke ring was 6-8 weeks but we had the finished piece within 3weeks. We will definitely recommend Gordon house jewellers and will be back in the future.

Love Gordon House Jewellers, Geoff and Derek and Richard are always so pleasant, I have bought some beautiful rings and I have also sold jewellery through them. You can rent a box at a reasonable price and all your jewellery is displayed in their front window for all the passing world to see. Great idea and has brought me in some nice cash!!
