I lost my wedding ring which I wore for over 20 yrs. I called into Victoria Sq to see if I could get a replacement ( even though the original ring wasn’t from Lunns ) The staff were exceptionally helpful despite initial reservations about having a ring in stock that would match the ring I had lost. However they checked and by good fortune they had a perfect match in store which meant I didn’t have to order and wait weeks for a replacement. I was able to leave the store wearing my replacement ring. This was my second purchase in this store . Staff always very helpful . Thank you .

I couldn’t recommend Lunns enough, I believe the man that served me was called Patrick. He was so kind, patient and helpful when me and my partner were deciding on an engagement ring. A great store, great pieces of jewellery and even better staff. The service I’ve received from Lunns has been nothing but exceptional. This has been when I’ve been browsing, buying or after sales service. The last year has been so different in retail, but Lunns has adapted well. When I made an online purchase during lockdown it was at my door the next day and beautifully presented. Exceptional! Recently, I’ve spotted something for a special occasion online and reserved it. I got a very prompt call from Dawn at Victoria Square, and she was amazing, going far beyond what I would expect. She kept it aside for me and made an appointment, which I had to change, but wasn’t a problem for her. Dawn gave me some great help, and showed me a couple of other pieces I had asked about, the offer of refreshments is always a nice offer. Knowing it was for a special occasion, she wrapped it beautifully, really adding that special personal touch. She truly is an a credit to the company. The other staff who I didn’t deal with were just as friendly, and the gentleman on the door (always a thankless job) is courteous and helpful. In summary, a great experience from start to finish, buy in confidence either in store or online (but in store always adds to the occasion) and the staff and service really set Lunn’s apart. I look forward to many future visits!

I had visited the Victoria Square branch of Lunn's a few times and had looked at a number of brands before settling with a Breitling Avenger II GMT. The attention to detail and customer care are evident from the first point of contact at the very door of the shop. Throughout the time in the store I was taken care of by Aidan who was happy to answer any questions as well as giving me ample time to browse the different watches and options. I've never before been a customer of Lunn's but can say that I now understand why they are top of their game. The staff are passionate about their customers and professional in their duty of care. Just purchased a Breitling from Lunns Victoria Square. On my first visit to see the watch I was quickly greeted by Jenna who was very knowledgeable, confident and friendly. My wife and I were offered champagne and shown the collection of Breitling watches. After 1st class service from Jenna, I decided to come back to purchase the watch. On our next visit we were greeted and shown to our private booth, we were offered champagne whilst we waited for Alyison to bring the watch. Alyison was extremely helpful, polite and professional, she explained how to use the watch, servicing, after sales care etc. My watch was taken away to be resized and I asked if my own watch could be resized too this wasn’t a problem at all. Within a few minutes Alyison returned with both watches and a bottle of champagne. This is my second watch from Lunns and on both occasions I have had excellent customer service and do highly recommend Lunns.
