One of the nicest stores I have been to in some time. The store has a great selection, fresh layout but hands down the staff are the biggest positive. Didn't get her name but she seemed to be the manager, super friendly and helpful, as was the staff member at the till. Was my son who picked the bag and the staff were really nice with him, the manager making the whole thing a little personal by getting him to fill in a special card for his mum to go with the very nicely wrapped gift. Would definitely recommend this store!

Phoned to purchase a bag,but could not get to the store..said bag was posted to myself and received within 24hrs First class service..my sales assistant was Collette..very well handled indeed.,super happy with my beautiful bag..

ordered a bag from HOF online as MK didnt have it in store or online. The lovely girls in the MK store gave me a box and a bag - they also sprayed the tissue paper with perfume which was fab as HOF just bubble wrapped and placed in a grey plastic delivery bag!

Just the usual with no confidence in pricing...there is always discount without asking within price parameters..Surely you would have the best high fashion sales folk here to drive the margin and on occasion offer discount lovely shop though...just reduce everything to a realistic price...if your not confident with list price...
