I was in today and got an appointment really quickly. They email you a consent form which is handy. All the staff on today were so friendly, couldn't be more welcoming and helpful. The girl who pierced my nose was great and made me feel very at ease. Reasonable prices too, I'll definitely be back again.

I went to pic and mix today to get piercings with my friend and I’m so delighted with the experience! My piercer was Katie and she was so good at making sure I felt comfortable and it was very professional and sanitary! Katie was so lovely and I honestly couldn’t recommend her enough to anyone wanting to get a piercing, the rest of the staff were so lovely too while I waited for my friend getting her piercings but I didn’t get their names! Thank you so much for the great experience :))

could not recommend here enough!! have got loads of piercings here in the past, but katie did my flat piercing today and i had the best experience! initially went in for a nipple piercing (which unfortunately i couldn’t get due to the anatomy of my nipple), but katie was so accommodating in changing gears to allow me to get something else, which i absolutely love!! thank you so much again and will definitely be back soon :))

Rachel and Kat have done my nose and tongue piercing and they couldn't have been more nice and understanding when I was worrying!! I didn't catch the name of the brown haired girl but she was so understanding and lovely as well when I started panicking about getting my tongue done. Couldn't recommend them more, so helpful and kind!

Amazing variety of body jewelry, staff were so helpful and the place was exceptionally clean. I only went in for a conch bar but left with a ring for it too! My ear was measured for the right length, then I was shown multiple options ranging from crystals to patterns, in many colours. It was difficult to choose my favourite! I settled on a lovely crystal stud bar and a matching hoop. They even inserted the bar for me, as I sometimes struggle! I was given plenty of advice and all questions were answered. Again, I couldn't be more happy or thankful for such kind helpful service

Ive had 4 piercings done here now, never had a problem with them (except one I accidentally pulled out, not their fault lol) They're so professional and answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable. I've had three done by the same girl and trust her 100% to stab my face with sharp things! I've also purchased a few pieces of jewellery and im more than happy with the quality of them and they have such a large selection, and the people working there are so friendly and eager to help you find exactly what you need. I have many more piercings planned and I know I'll be going here to have them done.

Sara the piercer was amazing with my little daughter. Although it was her choice to get her ears done she was still scared. Sara was so patient, friendly and kind which helped to put my wee lady at ease. I was very greatful for her work ethic. Lovely girl! I would reccomend her to any one.
