Brilliant buying experience at Pride and Pinion. I had been looking at a Breitling Hurricane 24h 50mm since about 2016 and they had an awesome deal on a brand new and unworn model. I dealt with Tim, and the whole experience was a pleasure with no sales pressure whatsoever. The Boutique itself is brilliant and really smart inside, with some superb watches on sale. Great experience. I ordered nothing more than a simple polishing cloth off the website, but even so, the whole experience just felt very high end and personal. The website is very nice and very easy to use, the communication was excellent, including order confirmation, dispatch confirmation and a separate email recognising that was my first purchase. The item arrived quicker than the website said it would, it was beautifully packaged and again, contained a thank you note. As stated, it was a purchase of a polishing cloth off a website, but they still managed to make it feel like a truly personal and special shopping experience, which is quite an achievement, I think.

Buying a Rolex. Belfast’s 5 star Merchant Hotel. Pride and Pinion. What could make it better? The answer is P&P’s Boutique Manager Tim. Tim’s enthusiasm, knowledgeable and personality ensured an absolutely 5 star experience. I have bought a few luxury items in the past with my very hard earned cash but the Pride and Pinion experience topped them all. The watch was an anniversary present for my wife so guidance and recommendations were sought and delivered. From initial internet enquiry to appointment and visit all matters were dealt with smoothly and professionally. The appointment system used by P&P ensured that I had full attention on watches that I had expressed an interest in and were within my budget. Thoroughly recommended.

Just sold a watch to P&P. I have been a fan of Nico's Youtube channel for the past couple of years but this was my first transaction with P&P. And I am so overjoyed that it was a near flawless transaction. The only hitch was that it took DHL 4 attempts to pick up the watch but this had nothing to do with P&P. In fact, Madi did her very best by contacting DHL to communicate the correct address and contact number to ensure a successful collection. Well done and many thanks to Madi. Once it was finally picked up, it was smooth all the way to the end. Gavin offered wonderful and friendly service, practically leading me every step of the way from the beginning. Always available and promptly replied to my inquiries. Tim in the shop finished the transaction and he was equally brilliant and very knowleadgeable. Wonderful first experience at Pride & Pinion. So I was looking for a particular watch and saw the reference I wanted online at P&P. I called them and spoke to Paul Logan. He quickly sent me via WhatsApp several new images including the important wrist shot so I could gauge the watch's size as I hadn't worn this model before. Once I'd decided to get the watch I wired the money over and Paul sorted everything else out. The watch arrived on an overnight delivery, professionally packaged with a couple of nice touches as well like a pen & polishing cloth.
