Having just purchased a luxury watch from Lunns, I visited the Rolex Boutique at short notice. All the staff at the boutique made me feel welcome and James Simpson could not have been more of a gentleman. James made time in his schedule to come and talk with me, and to show me one of the models of interest. With this being my first experience of the Rolex Boutique in Belfast, I sure hope to visit the store again soon. First rate in every way.

Had been considering buying my husband a Rolex for his birthday and was delighted to hear that Lunn's had opened a Rolex boutique in Belfast. From the moment I began my enquiries, James was extremely helpful and may I add patient. He spent time sourcing various watches I had in mind and keeping me informed. I managed to keep the purchase a surprise and brought my husband into the Rolex store on his birthday where a private room had been set up for us with a glass of champagne each and the watch was presented to my husband. Would highly reconmend Rolex belfast when it comes to purchasing a new rolex. I was greeted by james and trevor upon entering the store and was allowed to view the stock at my leisure until i was ready to try on a few different styles of watch , to which james was more than obliging and helpful. When i returned the next day to collect the watch jessica was more than helpful in making sure i was completely happy and myself and trevor discussed golf lol , a very pleasant expierence will definately be returning .

The new Lunns “Rolex Boutique” is a joy to visit with a wealth of knowledge shared by all the staff. Peter, James, Darrin, Jessica and Dawn all have made me feel very welcome when ever I visit. You are made to feel valued as an important customer with the offer of a cup of tea or coffee to add to the experience which falls in line with the whole “Rolex” experience........ie. “ Something very Special!”

Had an issue with a watch not sitting on my wrist well, I have a medical problem with the left arm/wrist but I had an appointment with aidan mckeown who was an absolute gentleman, could not have been more helpful took his time to address the issue and got me sorted with a beautiful tudor pelagos , a perfect fitting watch for me, thanks again for the helpful attention, regards, James.
