I have had my rings cleaned and Rhodium Plated with Kevin a few times now and the service is outstanding. I leave them with him and less than an hour later they are back to looking brand new. I had my rings done previously at the jewellery store where the rings where purchased and the rhodium only lasted a year at most but from I have been getting them done at Tesouro the rhodium lasts at least 2 years. I would definitely recommend as extremely professional, efficient and outstanding work. Thank you so much

Came here after the glowing reviews. Called up with my great grandfather's signet ring that had cracked, within an hour they had it fixed like new! Fantastic price and brilliant service all round, highly recommended!

I wanted an old ring of my mum's reset as the silver had snapped. No one would do it for me as there was a risk to the stones, but Tesouro was willing to do it and they re-set the stone into a beautiful, modern silver setting. I gave the new ring to my daughter and she was delighted. I will definitely use them again when I need anything done & have recommended them to my friends and family.

Professional, prompt and friendly service from both Kevin and Maria. Had my 3 diamond engagement ring I could no longer wear, due to arthritis, remodeled to solitaire pendant and earrings. They are exactly as I wanted and I'm very pleased. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic service , called after checking out the website and asked could they dip 3 white gold rings belonging to my wife. Told me to bring them over and would have them ready in an hour or so. Called to collect them and asked for advice on another ring to be sized and received genuine proper advice, plan to return to follow up and have it sized. Really nice people and a pleasure to deal with and best of all my wife was absolutely delighted. Highly recommended.

Had my fiancée's engagement ring brought here for repair. Kevin and Maria were fantastic. They were friendly and reassured us that they could restore the ring to its original condition. Only had to wait 3 working days and when collecting the ring, it was better than ever. Not only was it repaired, Kevin also spotted that a bit of dirt was behind the stone. He removed it and gave it a deep clean, it has made a real difference!! Fantastic experience and will be back for our wedding rings!!!

Highly recommend! Kevin & Maria resized/altered my grandmas engagement and wedding ring and then turned the leftover gold into the most beautiful pair of earrings. The most fantastic service - quick, friendly professional! They do all the work themselves so you know your ring is in great care. I will only use them for any future jewellery repair I need done.

My wedding band was too small, as there are diamonds in the band I was unsure whether anything could be done. Kevin was able to roll the platinum out rather than cutting the band. The results were perfect and you wouldn't know it had been altered at all. Delighted with the friendly and professional service I received. I would highly recommend.

I had a new stone reset in my platinum engagement ring (of 16 years!) 2 rings resized and my original diamond reset in a pendant. I cannot recommend Kevin and Maria highly enough for their professional, friendly and quick service. Kevin is a fantastic jeweller and Maria was so helpful in helping me choose a new setting to put into my existing band in order to better enhance my new stone and a setting for the pendant. I have recommended them to family and friends and will go back to use them for checking my stones and polishing my rings. To say i’m delighted would be an understatement. I wish I could post a photo to show the fantastic workmanship as I have had so many compliments.

Absolutely outstanding service! I have two rings that were left to me by my late mother which I absolutely hate being separated from, hence I hadn’t left them anywhere in years and the rhodium plating was very worn. I called in here based on their reviews and wasn’t disappointed. Lovely warm welcome, very personal service, and I felt happy leaving my precious rings with them. I popped across the road for breakfast and before I’d even finished (about 45 minutes total) they had rang to say they were ready. I’m delighted with the result, they’re like new, and I’ll be back next year for the same again!!
