Excellent service! Brand new strap & feels like a new watch. Even waited after hours to set the time on my watch with a new battery. Couldn’t ask for more, will definitely be back!

Needing a battery replacement, I went to a local expert who after several minute of fumbling told me he couldn't remove the case due to its vacuum seal. 5 other experts, including 2 top Jewellers were consulted and similar responses followed. Darren, however, swapped the battery in front of me in about 2 minutes. Strongly recommend.

Needed a new battery in my watch, I left it there done a wee lap around the building and it was done in less than 10 mins. Great friendly staff, they even adjusted the time for me so it was ready just to put on. Great service!!

Would highly recommend to everyone, an absolute gentleman named Darren served my friend and I today, excellent customer service and very friendly, my watch got a new battery and a new strap, my friend got a link taken out of his watch. He was like speedy gonzales, an absolute expert at what he does. I will be back to this shop in the future🙂

One of the connecting pins fell out from the strap of my watch. The gentleman on the other side of the counter was very quick and professional about replacing the missing part. Didn't even had to leave the watch there. It was a 5 minute job, so I waited that small ammount of time. I HIGHLY reccomend this store! 5/5 stars :)
