I was recommended to A AND A for a repair to a piece of jewellery. When we went to see them the gent we saw was very helpful new exactly what we needed and he also designed a piece of jewellery to my specifications and the pricing was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend.

Wow!!! Had my wedding band re sized here and the diamond from my engagement ring made into an updated white gold engagement ring to match my band… I couldn’t be happier.. Paul made the ring exactly as I described within less than a week. They also polished my wedding band so it looks brand new too! Well done and thank you 😀

Arrived when technically he was shut but he let us in anyway, we had a broken bracelet that required laser welding. Without a 2nd thought he walked into the workshop and came out 30 seconds later with it fixed. No charge! Other places wanted a lot of money, said it couldn't be done or were going to solder it (ugly). THAT is customer service, we live an hour's drive from him but it doesn't matter. We will be coming to him again for all our jewellery needs.

We visited a few stores in the jewelry quarter to have a tungsten and rose gold ring repaired and we were turned away from every store. The last one told us that there was no way any store in the jewelry quarter could or would repair it. We didn’t give up and tried one more store, which recommended AA Jewelry to us. Thank goodness for that because they were able to repair this ring within 10 minutes, if not less! They charged us a small fee for this too. We are so grateful for this and could not recommend them more. If you need a ring repaired you should come here.

Was recommended to go here by another shop ( Marlows) as i needed my engagement ring to be re-sized but due to the fitting of the diamonds there was a risk & the high st shops said they couldn't do it. When i went into the shop they said it could be done & did advise me of the risk. It was cheaper than the main high st shop quotation as well. You can see the ppl working on the jewellery in the back ,which is always a nice touch.

Every year on our wedding anniversary we travel down to see Adrian and he puts a diamond in my wedding ring. The first 10 are in the original ring , then he made a copy but slightly narrower in year 11 for the next diamonds 4 so far. Not sure what will happen when thats filled. It's a lovely family business but also quality trades people. Always good advise. So thank you Adrian and the team for the last 14yrs, and the extra jewellery i always seem to come away with. Xx

We accidentally found Aa Jewellery by going next door & they said you could get bespoke maybe from them & yes we did.. we wanted something to fit the engagement ring & we wanted Batman themed but in White gold.
