D. O.Spoke with Josh as was looking for an engament ring for my partner. Josh got me sorted with one I'd seen on there webpage, The ring needed a resize as they didn't have the size I needed, Josh kept me updated on the progress aswell as getting a polish done and let me know once ready. The ring was kept for me on a deposit till I could sneak away to collect (which took a few weeks with work being busy also) and Josh asked how was best to keep in contact which was great as my phone is always out on the couch when home. A. P.Aspire Diamonds was recommended to us by a friend and I am very glad we went there to choose my engagement ring.
We knew what diamond and ring we were after so Laura sent us a few quotes. We found Aspire Diamonds very competitive and transparent as they would give us the GIA number to see the diamond detail (which is not the case in all shops!).
When we went to the shop to check the diamonds, Laura had everything ready for us to look at! She showed us each diamond and also put them on rings so we could look at them in different light and settings. Laura knew exactly what she was talking about and was very helpful to make the final choice. It is very nice to see passionate and happy people like her! She also found the ring design we were after and got everything sorted for us.
I would definitely go back to Aspire Diamonds and I recommend you to go, especially if you are after a loose diamond!
N. O.We went to aspire to buy an engagement ring, laura was tentative from the start, and went on to explain the different styles and diamond types. We went to many shops that day and found Aspire and Laura to be the most professional and not pushy. She spent alot of time with us trying too find the correct mount going above and beyond. We walked away happy with our descision and felt confident it would turn out as asked.
The only minor point we had was when choosing the diamond we wanted nothing less than "v.good" on symmetry and polish, which we thought we had, but upon receiving the ring and certificate we noticed the symmetry was only "good". This doesnt take away from the fact the ring is beautiful, bespoke and my Fiancee wears it with a smile on her face. However if diamond certification is important to you make sure you double check !

S. R.I am writing this after coming back from the Jewellery Quarter and Aspire Diamonds and as there have been no recent reviews of this merchant - which I believe really does not do this establishment justice!
I am not being paid to write a review and neither do I have a vested interest in this business. I am happy to be contacted and to allow anyone to inspect what we purchased and view the receipt.
I suppose you could describe me as simply a really really satisfied Groom who nearly passed up the opportunity of going into this place - purely judging it on the reviews below. One of which concerned me as it was bad so I thought this place must suck lemons but boy was I proven wrong!
This was the fourth shop in the Diamond Strip that we went into after going into Clearwater Diamond, Premier Diamond and Crystallink and I have to say I was cautious but I am so glad I did not overlook Aspire Diamonds as we received a warm welcome and wonderful service from the advisor named Anette and Ross (Manager) - after what can only be described as endless demands being thrown at them from my side. Not task was too big or too small for this establishment it seems.
Wanting an Round Brilliant Cut Engagement ring with most importantly a GIA certification and two wedding bands me and my Wife to be must have been in that store for over 2. 5 hours!
Anette showed us all the loose stones and separate bands where we tried the stone with the band and narrowed it down to our two favourites. From 4 claw settings to 6 claw settings, high to low, gold to white it was total anarchy from us wanting to see everything and they happily obliged!
Armed with some research before hand I knew the 4 Cs and I was allowed to inspect each stone under the Jewelers Magnification Loupe (Eye Piece) to see its true magnificence!
After inspection we tried on and inspected and tried on again and inspected again under natural light to check for Sparkle and 'blingy-ness' till we were ready to view the documentation.
At no point did we feel rushed and there was always a smile and humour and 'Don't worry its no trouble' and some more smiles and 'Its our job to make sure you're happy' all the way from walking in to walking out.
At one stage we even had the Manager (Ross) who is a lovely lady looking under a microscope just to show us the laser inscription of the diamond serial number to ensure it matched the documentation and was kosher! Not that we ever doubted it!
Ross and Anette really stood out for this place and it was worth every penny we spent. We even managed to barter our way to a great deal and walked away happy.
I truly hope that Anette receives praise for the work and effort and a good commission structure and would like to Thank the team for putting up with us! Thank You ross for the generous discount on the highest ranking diamond and wedding bands and the complimentary cleaning and aftersales service!! We truly appreciate it!
The only room for improvement if I was being pedantic is perhaps there could be some stools to perch or sit on when looking at what is going to be the biggest purchase of a persons life as my poor back felt the pain today from standing!
Tea and Coffee could be added to make this place a real Gem (Pun intended) from the rest of the merchants on the strip. But due to the sheer number of people walking in and out, understandably this could prove to be a mute point!
