The service at Bond's Jewellery & Diamonds is exceptional. On our fist visit to choose my engagement ring Jamie was a pleasure to deal with. He talked us through the bespoke service and designed my beautiful engagement ring and made the experience one which we will never forget. We have recently visited again to purchase a ring in memory of my parents. The new showroom is amazing and the service from Angela was personal and professional. I have no hesitation in recommending Jamie and the team.

Where do I start? Bespoke service from start to finish. I was buying an engagement ring so as most fellas will know quite a large purchase but also one we want to get absolutely perfect. Jamie was patient with me, helped me with ideas and custom designs using amazing computer technology to provide me with visuals of how the ring would look. Without this I would have really struggled to get the perfect ring. Jamie's knowledge is top draw, he helped me select the right diamond shapes and classifications and worked relentlessly to find me the stones I needed to create this one off, once in a lifetime piece. Its important to get rings like this insured properly and Jamie helped me with the whole process with a bespoke insurer that understands how to insure diamonds of this quality. If I could give him 100/10 I would. Have recommended him to all my friends and family and he has looked after all of them impeccably.

Thank you, thank you, thank you. I am in possession of an absolutely exquisite ring (custom made by Jamie and his team) for my 40th anniversary. I am also in possession of a completely unique pair of two tone gold earring, that they made exactly to my specification. Amazing experience! Jamie really went above and beyond to help me create a beautiful ring for my mum. He took the time to understand the meaning behind the ring and what sort of look I wanted for her. I have never bought a ring like this before so I gave Jamie a large budget and after he educated me on the diamonds and how to achieve the look I wanted, the ring even came in under budget - I cannot imagine a typical high street jeweller offering this level of service - so thank you again! I was nervous purchasing such an expensive gift during a pandemic, meaning I couldn't go to the Bond store to see it etc. But Jamie was really patient with me, kept me updated throughout the whole process, reassured me that the ring would be perfect and arrive safely and on time. With a lot of effort from Jamie and through photos and videos we were able to create something amazing - they even got the fit perfect!!! Top class service at Bond jewellery!! I was looking for an anniversary gift for my wife and after hearing good things about Bond decided to pay it a visit. I called and the owner Jamie booked an appointment for me. I was made to feel comfortable and didn't feel pressured to purchase at all. He was very knowledgeable and went through everything with me. I was so impressed with the range on offer and even offered to design something different if I wanted. I had left it a little late but he assured me it could be made in time (10 days). As promised he even delivered it to me personally. Overall superb experience, my wife loves her ring .and I thought the price was very reasonable indeed. 5 stars from me!!

I can not speak highly enough of Bond Jewellery - I would rate them higher than a 5 if I could!! I had a clear idea of a the wedding ring I wanted and I had a response within hours of my email query, on a Sunday! Absolutely exceptional from start to finish and beyond! So where to start... Was looking for an engagement ring with a difference and from the first call with Jamie I knew Bond was the place to go. The first consulatation I set out my vision for my Fiancee’s ring and Jamie was just as excited to get started on the project as me. We went through multiple consultations/centre stones before we finally found the one! Then we designed away until Jamie put together the perfect design and concept for the ring. Not once did Jamie pressurise to buy or speed up the process, in fact he was just as passionate about creating the perfect ring - and as a bonus for a very reasonable price. Once the ring was manufactured, perfect and beyond expectations was exactly what it was! It was a complete head turner and was clear it had been crafted by people who are highly skilled in their traxe. My Fiancée adores the ring and she loves the stunning stone in a beautiful design. This is the reason we went back for our wedding rings, and again the service and quality was just as amazing as the first time round! Great rings, great design and great service. Cannot pay Jamie enough compliments the experience of getting a surprise engagement ring was always daunting, but he was always engaging and always made out nothing was asking too much. Jamie was extremely friendly and helpful, in fact we are still in contact now! But truly If you want any sort of bespoke jewellery, Bond should be at the top of the list, You will not regret it! In my view should definitely win Bridal Jewellery Retailer of the year for 2018!

Best experience ever! Came across Bond Jewellery & Diamonds online. Saw the site and how Jamie operated on a one to one appointment basis. I was reluctant to call as I was working with a budget and was expecting bespoke jewellery to cost more than what was available at the rest of the jewellery shops. Meeting him the next day, I described my random but unique ideas for a bespoke engagement ring for my other half. He was able to build on my ideas to create the impossible, far beyond my expectations and further more created something that symbolised mine and my fiancés relationship in the form of a ring! Couldn't thank Jamie enough for what he has done. Even though the ring has a value, in our hearts there is no value that can be put to this one off sentimental piece of art! Absolutely amazing! If you need a show stopping ring with the best service, Jamie is your man. I reached out to Jamie during the peak of the Covid-19 lockdown after seeing his advert on Instagram. We managed to do everything on the phone via whatsapp with images and computer models, and when the time came and it was safe to do so, I went to the showroom to pick the diamond and again, Jamie couldn't have been more helpful. Never pushy and only wants you to pick the stone you want, not want he wants you to buy. Jamie never shuts off, and some days we were messaging late into the evening building the ring of my choice. I would give more than 5 stars if I could! Bond Jewellery had designed and made my daughter the most exquisite bespoke engagement and wedding rings, which she was absolutely thrilled with. For her 30th birthday I wanted to buy her some diamond earrings to match. Jamie designed them using Platinum and choosing two gorgeous matching diamonds. They are just magnificent! When I saw the reviews for Bond, I thought they were almost too good to be true, but genuinely Jamie was brilliant and I really enjoyed the whole process. I started, not really knowing anything about diamonds or rings but I spent a few hours over multiple weeks designing a really lovely and unique ring whilst learning about the ring making process along the way which I found really interesting. 5* service from Jamie, cannot recommend Bonds enough. I contacted Jamie to ask for some help with a ring I’d had custom made (at another jewellers) I wasn’t happy with the setting and overall look, it was only a month old, and I didn’t get any help from the other jewellers to rectify the issue. I asked Jamie via email if it would be something he’d look at as I was so disappointed. Within 24 hours I’d got 2 new designs to look at from him, I went into see him, he was professional and understanding, we discussed different ideas he just totally “got” what look I was trying to achieve. He wasn’t pushy or anything just kept going back and forth with ideas until it was the perfect choice. I now how my newly set ring and I’m so so so in love with it. Fantastic service , over and above any jewellers I’ve ever had dealings with. Looking forward to planning the next piece with him.

Where do I start..... What we imagined we wanted, we didn’t get...!! instead, we got something that was absolutely mind blowing which way exceeded our highest expectations and budget. We had heard so many good things about Bond, but after making initial contact, we were lucky enough to deal directly with the owner Jamie. Jamie guided us through every aspect from start to finish advising on every unique detail. We never felt pressured and ended up with an engagement ring better than expected and below our allocated budget... The ring was presented in a special way, with personalised boxing and cert. I am aware that Bond now offer personal videos of the jewellery being made, which is extremely unique and simply reflective of the company that is Bond. If you are looking at using anybody else for your special piece, or pondering on your decision, then don’t! I can assure you that these guys are the real deal and you will 100% not be disappointed. Will never buy 'off the shelf' again! They have a classy design suit that you can visit in the heart of the Jewellery Quarter and they make the whole process of buying jewellery an even more pleasurable experience. The price you pay here for the quality of the jewellery will not be beaten I can assure you.
