Amazing service and beautiful options. I'm a returning customer, after shopping in London and across Birmingham for my sister's wedding jewellery we came across Chohan which is a family run business. They were so welcoming and helped us match up the outfits to the right sets. We were so pleased with the service and they even offered to change the colours to match the outfits.. ever since we have shopped with them.

As most of you all know wedding shopping can be very stressful. You just want perfection. I’m not really one to write reviews but I must say coming to Chohans jewellers is probably one of the best decisions I made for my big day. I tried quite a few jewellery shops but nothing had that wow factor. I stumbled across chohans page on Instagram. I was interested to see what they had in store so I popped down with my friends to have a browse around. From the moment I entered the shop to the minute I left I had nothing but a smile on my face. A young polite lad greeted me and my bridesmaids (who also got their jewellery made from here). He asked me what I was looking for. I showed him a few pictures of what I was interested in and within seconds he took down the sets that matched what I had in mind. I was so spoilt for choice. I just couldn’t decide which set I wanted as they all were stunning, unique and high quality pieces. Despite being busy I never felt rushed. I was treated with utmost respect. The price quotes were within my budget. Service was fantastic. The colour of the stones were changed on the spot for me to match my outfit. I cannot emphasis enough how amazing this place is. Ladies if you’re getting married you need to get your bridal jewellery from here, honestly you will not be disappointed!

I have only used Chohans for my accessories from weddings to parties and I once again received an amazing service for my own wedding, they custom made my wedding bangles to what I wanted and the jewellery set turned out beautifully. Both father and son provided me with new designs as well as existing ones, they stuck to the budget I had. I recently asked about ordering bangles of different colours so I had them available when I needed. Haider helped and explained with a delay and I had the delivery come in a week! Thank you very much to you both.

I have been shopping at Chohans Soho Road for over 18 years, it came to a point where I'd walk in an put my outfit on the counter and they knew what styles I would want. So it was no surprise when my son was getting married, I went for jewellery custom made. My daughter had some ideas and worked alongside Mr Chohan and his son for her ideas. They went above her expectations and added elegance to all of her jewellery. I have recommended my family and friends who have received the same service.

Absolutely incredible pieces - we all loved the pieces. Tailored service, allowing you to customise every detail of each piece to your own taste and colour preferences. Extremely professional and understanding staff. They pay attention to detail and even went the extra mile to deliver a bridal set and a few other pieces out of normal hours so we had it in time for the occasion as we were late to put in our order - sorry! You guys are brilliant and we can't recommend you highly enough. Thanks for all your help and kindness, we'll see you soon!

When ever we have any occasions Chohans on Soho Road is the only place we go for our jewellery. Father and son are not only polite but also spend time with their customers ensuring the set is properly matched. Their service also provides matching stones to your outfit. Cannot fault such fantastic service

Fantastic shop for high quality costume jewellery and a huge selection of bindis. I bought all of wedding jewellery and chura from Chohan's and Haider was incredibly helpful, professional and knowledgeable in helping me design a bespoke set for my big day. I was very happy with the quality of my jewellery and received so many compliments on my big day about it. I wouldn't hesitate to come back here for other costume jewellery in future.

I am not one to write reviews but I must say this place has given excellent service from the get go. Me and my mum have been going here for years, and from the moment I got engaged I knew exactly where to go and get my bridal set. Haider & the owner are very knowledgeable in what they do - I was in two minds of what kind of designs and whats the latest trend out there and Haider put my mind at rest. People - seriously don't believe everything you see on the TV as it's not true at all. As a bride to be I am very cautious in where I go and have ALWAYS gotten excellent service aswell as my mum. I have been kept up to date and wont ever go elsewhere. Haider even helped me get my dream evening reception wedding dress with his recommendations. Like I said, I hardly ever write reviews but I needed too as I am wery pleased, Thank you Haider and the team at Chohans!

After going to India and buying my choora, I visited this store to buy my wedding set. The owner provided excellent customer service and helped diligently until I found the perfect piece. So much so that I returned to buy another choora and kaleere. The whole staff make you feel so welcome and even months down the line remember you. I was frantically searching for jewellery for my sisters wedding, i had been to every shop imaginable in Birmingham till i ended up at Chohans on soho road. The prices were right in my budget, but what topped it off was the service. The guy behind the counter, Haider, was awesome. Very kind and extremely knowledgable, even made me a cuppa. Chohan's always gives great service and quality jewellery thats just that bit more special than other places! There was another Chohan's that was setup in Brum which people are mistaking for this one and giving a bad review, so I thought I'd share how great these guys have been over the years. This is the real Chohan's! All others are pretenders! One of the best!!
