Visited Cooksons shortly after the nec spring fair. Nice modem showroom, clean and bright. Plenty of staff to deal with the customers although waiting for products to come from out the back can take a while. Its the first time I've been here in several years as i normally order online and have my order delivered to Scotland. They had everything i required in stock except an extra wide wedding ring, this was not a problem as i was told to try another company around the corner, thanks to their recommendation i managed to get exactly what i was after. Nice to visit and will continue to use when needed.

Their service is excellent ! The glass pot of the Gedeo King Gold Gilding in the order was broken. I have reported it and they refund immediately . Unfortunately I am not happy with one product in my order. Prometheus Sunny Bronze Clay is a terrible product and is not according to the product detail in the Cooksongold website. Three times according to the description fired it and it turn only a black, breakable clay and it has damaged my Stainless Steel Mix Shot and cost me only more money. I hope to be able to send back the second pack which its not yet open. I never use it again !!!!!!
