Really impressed with the customer service and experience at Bicknells. My partner David had a great experience choosing my engagement ring. Azad made him feel comfortable and in safe experienced hands, in what could be quite a daunting first and once in a life time experience. I am so pleased and in love with my ring and couldn't wish for anything more beautiful. When we went to have my ring resized (which was an easy appointment to make and done on the day) we chose our perfect wedding rings. Again, we were greeted by Azad and treated like time was no issue, we tried on rings at our leisure and comfortably spoke through and ironed out any concerns. We felt comfortable speaking around our budget and know we got the best deal to fit our style and budget. We couldn't recommend Bicknells more, we will definitely be back in the future. Thanks Azad, you're the best!!

We came back to look at wedding bands and Azad sorted us out with a perfect profile to match and think about. During lockdown both Adam and Azad have been very supportive and accommodating sending rings to try and agree on. I’d be happy to recommend them again and again.

I went into the store after viewing a ring online. I was greeted by Sue who was extremely helpful, welcoming and polite as soon as I walked in. Sue was very knowledgeable about my chosen ring and was able to provide me with all of the information that I could possibly want around this. She gave me plenty of time to take a look and didn’t rush me into making any decisions, making me feel relaxed and welcome.When it came to making my decision, Sue bent over backwards in order to help me to get to my desired outcome and went above and beyond in order to help me to make this decision. I recently contacted Bicknells by phone as I required a very specific piece of jewellery. I was helped by Azad, an incredibly lovely and helpful member of staff. I explained what I was looking for and he gave me a mobile telephone number so I could send some pictures of jewellery which I had already found online to help him find some suitable items. Azad messaged me back within a few hours with pictures of jewellery which matched my description. I visited Bicknells by the end of the week and purchased a beautiful white gold and diamond bangle. The customer service was exceptional and the quality of the jewellery is outstanding, I will definitely be returning to Bicknells in the future!!

Wedding ring purchase; Couldn't have asked for a better service. The staff were attentive despite it being a busy period on black Friday. We shopped around in the local area but had a better feeling about Bicknell & Sons than other local shops. The choice is superb and the added advantage of having a manufacturing workshop on site helps with any bespoke alterations (and the price!). They even cleaned up my fiances engagement ring for free which was an excellent added bonus (we went into another more expensive jewellers shortly afterwards and the memeber of staff noticed that it had been recently cleaned immediately!). I can't speak highly enough about Azad, he gave us excellent advise on styles and materials. I'll definitely be returning for any jewelry purchases in the future.

Bought engagement ring and found exactly what I was looking for, great service. Been back to get wedding rings with other half. Always in my mind if I need to buy jewellery. Bad point: when I purchased engagement ring the seller offered life time cleaning which is what clinched the sale for me, when I came back next time and brought up the offer I was given the manager claims that isn't something they do. Feel a bit let down but not heart broken.
