I dealt with Trish, who was immensely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. She considered what I did and didn't like about other rings I'd seen and then presented me with a few different bands and diamonds which matched my taste.
After looking in a few other jewellers later in the day, I eventually returned to Goldcraft, took another look at my options, and purchased the band and diamond. Within 20 minutes the stone was mounted and the ring was ready.
Overall, I'd highly recommend Goldcraft; they had a huge selection of both diamonds and bands, and were friendly, polite, and very knowledgeable!
A. M.Goldcraft has made a number of different pieces of jewellery for our family over the years. I have wore two of their beautiful diamond rings for nearly ten years now and to this day, people ask me where they are both from. More recently, Lauren designed (with instruction from my brother) and made my (future) sister in laws engagement ring. There aren't words to explain how beautiful this ring turned out, passing any expectations we had. Not only was it exactly what she wanted, it is still sparkling like the day we picked it up. Lauren was patient with our constant requests and changes. She was also adaptable in working with two old family diamonds that we wanted to include. She used her expert knowledge and years of experience to also tell us what would or wouldn't work. As a family, we are very thankful for her eye for detail, attention and overall care about one of the biggest purchases my brother will ever make.

S. W.Brought a pendant from them, only for one of the stones to fall out a couple of weeks later. I phoned them up and explained what had happened and was told to bring it in and they could fix it while I waited. Went in the next day and got it sorted, with no fuss, in an hour and a half. All the women were lovely and I can't fault them (apart from the stone falling out in the first place). Lovely selection of jewellery as well with lots of different styles and prices ranged.
