Hospitable, customer friendly and a great service overall. Initially spoke to Sinead earlier today in-store regarding an adjustment to my Datejust which I purchased at another branch. Sinead was very friendly and accomodating. As it was very busy being that it’s a Saturday I decided to come back a litte later. On my return, I was greeted by the lovely Katie who was more than happy to make the adjustment to my watch. Thank you once again guys, means alot.

I was provided excellent service by a lovely woman called Cathy. She rectified an issue I had with my Breitling and did so to an excellent standard. Friendly and professional service and she smelled nice too, what more can you ask for.

I have bought watches from this store and also had several serviced. The staff are courteous and the service is generally good. However, the service turn around time is terrible, this is down to the brands having problems with supply, and demand being high. Cartier are particularly poor. This is a big city store and the staff turnaround is high but they are generally well training, if occasionally condescending. There are Rolex watches on display but the popular models are not available and have long waiting lists, don't expect to get one immediately. I think this is poor and the models should not be displayed if they are not available.

Always a great watch buying experience with Goldsmiths Birmingham. As a watch enthusiast and watch lover, they are great to work with. Avtar, and more recently Ramez both take time to understand what you are looking for in a purchase and do a fantastic job. On my very 1st visit I was invited to sit down, offered a cold drink by the staff which made the customer experience very memorable especially when purchasing something to mark a milestone. Currently registered interest on my next watch so will be looking forward to a call and another great experience.

Recently visited the goldsmiths branch in the bulling Birmingham, was greeted warmingly by staff from the start. Expressing that i was shopping for a watch for my mothers birthday, i was guided expertly by bruno, a brietling specialist, who introduced me to a very talented virali who was refered to as bruno's mentor. Both members of staff were excellent, very friendly, welcoming and full of advise and very knowledge about the specific brand i was enquireing about. I would like to thank them both one more time for an exceptional service and look forward to dealing with both bruno and virali again! (Apologies for any names spelt wrong)

Many people probably know that the watch market can be confusing and pretty difficult when it comes to getting the pieces you want. I popped in to Goldsmiths Birmingham Bullring today for a strap adjustment on my Cartier Santos. I was welcomed by Cathy who was so friendly, welcoming & efficient. Yesterday my husband and I walked in to Goldsmiths to identify a new watch for him. We didn't intend on making the purchase but when I saw him look at the Tissot watch, I knew we couldn't leave without it. Viral gave us an exceptional service when deciding on which finish to pick from and he demonstrated everything we needed to know about the watch. He was very calm and didn't use hard selling techniques which I really liked. He made my husband's pre birthday special by gifting us champagne which was really thoughtful. Thankful for the team at Goldsmiths (the lady who welcomed us in and the security gentleman ((sorry I didn't get your names)) for a wonderful experience and we'll be sure to return.

Bought a Tissot V8 chronograph watch from this store back in March 2018. The customer service then was excellent, so when I needed a battery replacement the store, again, was my go to. The battery replacement took six weeks because of the Christmas holiday and lockdown (and it had to be sent away), but it arrived today by DHL. Thank you, Carl, for the impeccable service. When I go for a higher end priced watch in the future I will definitely consider this store again.

I brought a breitling colt from this shop 14 months ago. The staff were very helpful and friendly but the man who sold it to me gave me the wrong information about the watch I bought. On all in house macanical movement there is a 5 year warranty if you have it pressure tested every 2 years. But not on the Colt it as a bought in movement so be careful. Still it's a great watch it only as a 2 years warranty

Brilliant place, came here to get my Fiancées watch adjusted, a present she had for her 30th. The team were very helpful, efficient and knowledgeable, the manager (Mark I believe?) was very friendly and helpful! He discussed my own watch with me after noticing it! And rather than sell me a service when I asked about costing etc, he told me I wasn't due for another 3 years! We discussed a couple of watches and I had a quick browse.. I think it will be Omega next time, the Speedmaster Moonwatch to be precise! Looking forward to seeing you soon!

Always brilliant service, never pushy and always knowledgeable. Other high street jewellers just aren't good enough compared to Goldsmiths. They either make you feel unworthy of being there or only want to sell you tat. Goldsmiths strike the right balance and I'm always happy to return.
