From the day I was able to have the perfect engagement ring custom made here, I have never shopped for jewelry anywhere else. We had our wedding rings from here and I love to bring my wife in to pick herself something special from time to time. The staff here know the trade very well and the customer service is perfect. If I could then I would give this place a 6th star 🌟

Great value for money, I purchased a custom ring with a Sapphire stone and it looks even better in real life than in photos. It was actually easy working on my design with their professional team. Really friendly and knowledgeable staff. Really cool jewelry. They have common designs, but also a good number of slightly different designs that you won't see in other shops in the quarter. I'd recommend having a visit here if you're in the area - even if just to break up what will be lots of similar experiences. The staff are lovely too.

Excellent service and competitive pricing. We were looking for an engagement ring and a couple of wedding band rings. Stuart helped us with everything. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. By the time we got to J & M's we already had a good idea of what we wanted, Stuart gave us some good advice on what rings would work best for us and was very accomodating with our little requests. The after sales service was also superb! Would highly recommend..

Absolutely lovey people, the repairs that they did were perfect & created some beautiful necklaces for me, just exactly how I wanted them, I'd never go anywhere else now for a jewellers & are reasonably priced.
