S. P.I visited Lora after a ring I had made previously did not fit well, had bent and was tinny and cheap feeling. Lora listened with sympathy to my experience. She made sure she understood everything I wanted with the ring she was going to re-make for me. She called me in for a fitting just to make sure that the new ring was comfortable and then proceeded to make exactly the ring I had wanted originally, re-using the old diamonds to save costs where possible. I was over the moon with the new ring which was absolutely perfect! Above all, Lora listened. She is one kindest, nicest people I have ever come across. I wouldn't hesitate in trusting her again to make anything else for me.
