Had an issue with the price when purchasing a bag in store, due to miscommunication, but then I contacted Michael Kors by email explaining situation what happened and they responded very quickly and resolved it for me in a very nice manner, sent me refund via gift card with a nice message attached in the letter, called me to make sure I have received it as well. Can't complain, good management in store and quick problem resolution, nice team🤗

Entered this store looking for a certain type of bag that my mum had been looking years for. Immediately, a dark haired east asian girl (didn’t catch the name on the name tag) approached us very kindly. Without further hesitation, she asked about our day and moved swiftly onto the products at hand. Within years of searching, this member of staff with her tremendous help had helped my mother find this ‘special’ bag she’d been trying to look for. She asked for a colour, size and preference, and straight away pulled out amazing matches. I am really glad with the staff and their help. My E-receipt states her name was Qianyi and therefore deserves much credit for her help! Amazing service!

A massive thank you to Michelle, the sweetest person I’ve ever come across. She made me feel very comfortable, knew exactly what my needs were. I came in to look for a bag for my mums birthday and wanted to leave with the whole lot! An absolute diamond to the company!

I received excellent customer service at the Bullring Michael Kors store today, i couldn't fault them! I would highly recommend them to anyone. All the staff are warm, friendly & inviting as soon as you walk in, they can't do enough for you! Honi was amazing as i had purchased a handbag 18 months prior but it had developed a fault on the zip. She went above & beyond to try & help me as i couldn't find my receipt. She swapped the faulty bag for a like for like bag for me so i was over the moon with the customer service! I swear by Michael Kors handbags, watches & shoes as they are a premium quality brand. My Daughter & myself shop at this store all the time because of how great all the staff are there, I even purchased another handbag whilst i was there...keep up the great work girls, it makes us want to return again & again!

I shop here every couple of months as a treat and have been using this mk branch for over two years. Firstly I have never had a bad experience staff are warm and friendly the last 3 bist I've had a lovely member of staff shirley be so helpful and friendly she knows when I walk in I cany help but buy a bag lol . If mk did a points card I think I'd be loving that . The only thing I would say is have a larger selection of purses and wallets they don't really stand out to much in the store other than that fab store amazing bags . Very good staff

Amzi went above and beyond; looking in the store, out back, for the bag I wanted. She was most helpful which was good because had it been left to the others I would have left with out an item. I have scored low (not a reflection on Amzi at all) as other members of staff simply looked me up and down, it was an effort for them to look up prices and as things are not clearly marked you have to ask for prices, and another, while talking to me , stopped mid sentence to talk on the in ear comms! HOW RUDE!

First time I went I to this store not only the Customer Service was excellent the Staff were so polite and genuine, chose some gorgeous sandals unfortunately didn't have my size but they managed to order me some for home delivery! Neelam served me from the moment I walked into the store she helped me a great deal, she was very sincere and genuine, excellent customer service skills and very polite not to forget very professional. Highly recommend Michael Kors in the Bull ring and the Staff I must say are Excellent!

Staff very helpful and friendly. A man working there helped me with questions about my handbag even though I didn't get it from the shop and didn't get impatient with me even though it took around 30 minutes and 80 questions before I picked what watch I wanted.

I was shopping in the grand Central store two weeks ago always find the staff friendly and helpful . I have always bought mk shoes bags etc . Also now my granddaughter wears mk . I bought her a mk watch for her 21 birthday and my so bought me a watch from there . I have never had a bad experience there . One lady who always looks after me her name is Amzi khan. Always chatty and smiley and her appearance is second to none. Thank you mk keep up the good service.

I received the most OUTSTANDING customer service today from this Michael Kors store. The manager, Hanieh, was absolutely amazing! I was returning my Michael Kors bag which I had purchased over 2 years ago and which was a few months out of warranty. I went in expecting to try and pay for my bag to be repaired but out of a goodwill gesture Haniah agreed to let me exchange the bag even though it was just out of warranty AND I purchased the bag from a different store! Haniah went above and beyond to try and help me! Cannot recommend this store enough! I wish more designer stores had staff that were this amazing! Will definitely shop at this store again and would highly recommend to anyone!
