Absolutely speechless with my wedding ring. I would recommend Lynall’s to anyone. He has carefully crafted my engagement ring (also pictured), my parents wedding rings and my sister in laws engagement ring. Nigel, Emily and Anna have an interest and attention to detail that far surpasses the customer service received at any other establishment. Their ability to listen, guide and advise is reinforced with experience, genuine care and knowledge of the trade, Stunning workmanship! I can’t wait to collect my eternity ring.

I had a bit of an awkward engagement ring so went round some of the shops in the jewellery quarter to see what they had / could make. I went into one shop and they said that my engagement ring was misshaped and it would cost £800 to fix. I went into Lynalls and Nigel fixed it there and then (for free) and designed my wedding ring. It fits perfectly around my engagement ring, I can’t wait to wear it everyday!

I visited Nigel's shop for the first time on Wednesday and found it to be a lovely, friendly place with so many beautiful and unusual pieces.I picked a ring I loved but it was several sizes too small. Nigel assured me he could resize the ring by adding a piece of silver and it could be done probably within the next 2 days for no extra charge. I was surprised & delighted to receive a phone call a short time later that day to say he had done the work for me if I would like to collect it. Upon collection he also kindly polished wedding ring for me for free. I highly recommend this lovely shop.

I asked on a local Facebook page for a recommendation of somewhere to go to get my wedding and engagement rings polished and I'm so pleased I went with the double recommendation to see Nigel. He couldn't have been more obliging. I said that I was going to a wedding and wanted to be a sparkly as possible and he made both rings sparkle as much as when I first had them about 15 years ago. So welcoming and friendly - I'll will certainly go back again.

Nigel made what we thought was an impossible dream come true in such a short period of time. I inherited my late Mother in Laws engagement ring which I loved but wasn’t wearing as it was a different colour gold to mine. We are renewing our vows next week in Cyprus- Nigel combined both rings and diamonds to my design with such ease and attention to detail. Can’t recommend highly enough. I popped into Lynall’s when looking for a ring for my 21st with my mum and dad. We walked in a little disheartened as we couldn’t find what we were initially looking for. One of the lovely assistants Anna then explained that if I had a particular ring in mind I could have it made bespoke by Nigel. I then explained to Nigel and Anna that I wanted an emerald and diamond ring and they did not disappoint! Everyone was so helpful, me and my mum went the following week to chose an emerald. Nigel put the emerald and the diamonds together so I’d get an idea of what it would look like. I cannot recommend Lynall’s more. My ring is stunning! Thank you so much Nigel and team for all your help and making me such a precious and sentimental 21st present.

I am gobsmacked and amazed. Just went to get a quote for my wedding ring to be resized. I'm guessing the owner took a look at my ring, no words, and he took my ring into the workshop stretch, polished and returned in less than 5 minutes and when asked how much, was told Merry Christmas and free. What a find! Having had a great experience here with our daughter we returned when my wife’s eternity ring somehow became mis-shaped. Not that we said anything, but my wife was a little concerned that she would be without it for an upcoming wedding. Though clearly busy, Mr Lynall broke off and did the work there and then. Not sure he would want me to say this, but what’s more, he never charged us a penny. Absolutely great service.

Nigel, Janice and their staff are a pleasure to do business with. I adore this shop and the beautiful jewellery they stock. I have used this shop for years to treat myself and buy presents for family and friends. A trip to the Jewellery Quarter would not be complete without a visit to this lovely shop.

I received impeccable service today from Nigel and Emily, they both went out their way to help me decide what to do with a piece of jewellery my mother gave me. Nigel said if i don't mind waitint a short while he would do it in the shop to avoid having to return at a later date. He skilfully constructed a gents bracelet and two small pieces into keep sakes for my daughters. It took him around 30mins and the results were amazing nearly drawing me to tears. Emily arranged boxes for all the items and even made me a cup of tea. I cannot say enough about what they did for me today and i will be forever grateful. Massive tank you to NLJ and i would highly recommend this fantastic shop and the people who work there.

Nigel made my Engagement Ring thirty five years ago. When we got married he made my wedding ring to fit around it and a few years after also made my eternity ring for the other side. What an extremely talented jeweller he is. I have just had my three rings back from him after traveling the 240 odd miles to drop them off to be resized as I trust him explicitly with the rings he originally made. I took my silver wish bone ring to be repaired today which had an extreme amount of sentimental value. I cannot thank Nigel and his lovely staff enough. I called in to this shop on 26 May, parked right outside. I took 2 of my own gem stones and spoke with Nigel to add a third stone and create a one off custom made ring. I collected it on 23 June.
